Yes I read about it because it had the resorts name on the car meanwhile we have people dodging the draft renting out houses from thai owners then subletting them at the double the price to do that you need a WP I doubt any of them have one !

No mention of if the children attending the illegal nursery had there visas in order.

Parents sending there children to the nursery could be charged for aiding and abetting a crime.

But surely with kids involved they can't just allow anybody to set up a nursery employ a few strangers, and have total control over other peoples kids!  I'm pretty sure there are plenty of kiddie fiddlers out there who would be more than capable of abusing a loophole like that

There's super-duper VIP private nursery in Hua-Hin: basically it is rented villa, security guard (ex-mil) and attendance "by invitation" only. No licenses no registrations. About half of kids are thai, monthly rate is 12K++.
Almost impossible to get in there, but that is THE real private VIP nursery, not that village <deleted>hole at Phangan.

for the rest complaining about declining birth rates...
