Restock the defense contractors, keep the world a bit disruptive, good for high oil prices, which they have more than enough oil to sell.    Corporate security forces, add regime changes, and take note, all the countries past few decades that had regime changes, are all now coincidently part of the central banking network.   Probably just a coincidence.   Along with all the IMF funds lent out with interest, to be paid back.
