It is unlikely, if this goes through, the medical dispensaries will supply anything worth smoking if they go that route. They don't want recreational usage.

Obviously the new health minister hasn't a clue yet, as he wants to consult the "public", or that's just another show and his "findings" will strongly indicate the Thai nation don't want it.

It will be sooner if they reschedule weed by Dec 2024.

I think the"plan" is to gazette it by 31 Dec 2024, with a 90-day "implementation" window.

 

The original declassification had a 120-day window from gazetting (Feb 2022) to implementation (June 2022).

They have to pass a bill first.
