Looks like another Russian ammo depot has gone up in smoke.  No confirmation, but a sizable fire and the repeated sound of explosions would suggest it's the case.

Kursk is in the centre of the map, so no doubt much, if not all, of the ammo was planned to be used against Ukrainians taking part in their Russian incursion.

An interesting YouTube comment on the above video was that a 2016 US Army issued handbook stated:

"Russian forward ammunition dumps are quite possibly the most unsafe places in any warzone. By doctrine, there are very little storage requirements, no minimum safe areas, little munitions segregation, and many of the munitions are still from the Soviet period or early 1990s and about to expire."

So I looked it up.  Sure enough, it's on page 31 of the link below.  It also goes on to say:

"Fuel depots are no better. Poorly trained conscript logistics soldiers, combined with these poor storage procedures make these supply depots a tinderbox ready to explode. Russia has suffered several catastrophic supply depot fires and explosions in the past 2 years of combat in Ukraine and Syria. Priority targeting of these areas will cause a serious logistics strain on the Russian system and impact their ability to use maneuver and fires."

Looks like Ukraine has been doing some background reading. Or "someone" suggested these targets?

While I do not dispute what you say, even the Russians learn from their setbacks.

Expect the above to change in the near future, just like the Russians moved their aircraft beyond peril ( as seen in another thread on here ).

don't worry, peril will still come to them in the form of Ukrainian long range drones.

BREAKING: Russia halts production of its only 5th gen Su-57 fighter after just 22 units. Compared to 1000+ US/NATO F-35s in service. F-35 is the second US 5th gen fighter after F-22.  [ref]  [more]. Yes, Russia has so far lost two! They crashed.

That's the same US/NATO that has no chance of influencing the war in Ukraine, according to Putin's propaganda and its followers.  "No use, give up, save precious Ukrainian lives." says Putin's propaganda with no mention of the far greater number of dead Russians.

As the video I posted shows, there are two large ammo depots in the vicinity of Moscow.  A successful drone attack on one, or both, of them would really send a message to Russia.  No way for Putin to hide that one from the Muscovites when the fires and explosions are visible and audible from the city.

Good news for Z guys today! I hope our Iranian friends will join the war also. When traveling in Iran I noticed that local people don't like America at all.

Another night, another bang.  A stockpile of Iranian made Shahed-136 'kamikaze' drones in Krasnodar were put out of their misery by a Neptune missile last night.  Or, as the Russians would have it, a warehouse full of drones successfully intercepted and destroyed a Ukrainian missile last night.
