What with the sensational HERO thing? Are we trying to make a <deleted>ty dog breed look good, just until it beats the next child or person? This only shows, that once again the dog was aggressive. Just lucky the driver didn´t let them out. Still a breed that should be put to sleep forever. NOT to wake up again.

That is the unfortunate truth. In Germany they are often owned by "special characters" who mistreat them. That's why they landed on some red lists and either be mandatory muzzled and on leash or forbidden to own at all. Some states do test the owners fitness to own dogs. In the US I see them being left alone with the baby.

The old they were not trained properly does not wash any longer, you can't train killer DNA out of Pit Bulls any more than you can to stop dogs barking. Don't know which I hate more, dogs, or those who worship them and make excuses for them attacking and killing people.
