About a year ago, polls showed a rotten ham sandwich on moldy white bread would beat 45 by a landslide. Biden's hubris and the DCCC's obstinate attitude have all but guaranteed the Dem's will lose the White House. Even MSNBC, Biden's most staunch and loyal sycophants, are stammering and saying perhaps Sleepy Joe really should be put out to pasture.

I think what Chris Cuomo said to his two companions when analysing the debate, was probably what a lot of Democrats were thinking; 'If you two were those in the debate you'd both be out of of job right now' (or words to that effect.) Joy Reid spoke of Pres. Biden not delivering the confidence that Democrats wanted to see and that, in fact, '...he did the opposite...' She also said that the Democrat campaign members where she was were '...approaching panic...' Maybe if Pr. JB steps down Fr.Pr. Trump will too and make way for some younger challengers.

That's a selfish, myopic view. As a US retiree, the right person in the White House makes my life easier, the wrong one may really screw things up.

 

Republicans want to privatize Social Security. I'm a retired civil servant, basically Social Security on steroids. My pension is directly aligned with Social Security, and if the Republicans tank it, as they are salivating over doing, this could hurt me and millions of others in the same boat.

He looked winded from just walking up to the podium then started rattling off words which were obviously over-rehearsed. There was no sincerity, no honesty in his opening statement, and it just swirled down the toilet from there.
