The govt does try to modify the weather so in that respect she's not far off base. Can the govt conjure up a hurricane and\or direct its path, not in this instance so for that part she is wrong which is what I stated.

Yes - 100% Fake story/investigation, which was begun by Republicans to use in the R-Primary.  It's lack of substance was proven, beyond all doubt, when the closed-door Congressional testimony from Crowdstrike was released - when they admitted they had no evidence of a Russian hack of the DNC.
