I’ve just bet $500 with Australia’s TAB on a Harris win, odds of 2.4 were too good to pass up. Would be almost worth losing $500 to enjoy seeing the woke leftists having conniptions after a Trump victory though. However, talk of Trump withdrawing support for Ukraine and threatening a tariff war would be enough to make me an extremely reluctant supporter of Harris, though I think both candidates are frightful.

My bookmakers are still forecasting a Trump win. This was not their position immediately after Harris was nominated when odds for Trump were 2 to 3-1 against. Bookies are not always right, of course, but they usually are otherwise they wouldn't be in business.

You will be shocked to learn that "All of the Chapter 11 bankruptcies by Trump’s businesses were submitted via a prepackaged bankruptcy, in which a deal had been reached with the creditors before filing. "

So they were bankruptcies whichever way one looks at them........irrespective of the "prepackaged bankrupty" title you put on them?? So successful businessman trump cannot successfully run a company?

And for the record..............

Trump and his foundation were forced to admit their fraud.

Trump University (also known as the Trump Wealth Institute and Trump Entrepreneur Initiative LLC) was an American company that ran a real estate training program from 2005 until 2010. It was owned and operated by The Trump Organization. Despite its name, the organization was not an accredited university or college. In 2011, the company became the subject of an inquiry by the New York Attorney General's office for illegal business practices which resulted in a lawsuit filed in August 2013.[6] An article in the National Review described the organization as a "massive scam". (Surely not by honest Don trump??).

In November 2016, Trump agreed to settle a series of lawsuits related to the school for $25 million.

The Four Bankruptcies which resulted in tradesmen losing money/not being paid millions owed..

The Undocumented Polish Workers …. In 1991, a federal judge found Trump and other defendants guilty of conspiring to avoid paying union pension and welfare contributions for the workers. Trump eventually settled out of court, paying an undisclosed sum.

But the facts of the case were never in question: Trump’s company really did hire undocumented immigrants to build the Trump Tower. He merely argued he wasn’t aware of it, and it wasn’t his fault — even after a court ruled against him.

There is a long list in…..

The guy is a liar and a crook, proven time and time again.

TRUMP HAS FILED FOR SIX BUSINESS BANKRUPTCIES and has had many failed businesses:-

The Trump Taj Mahal in 1991

Trump Castle Hotel & Casino in 1992 and Trump Plaza Casino 1992

Trump Plaza Hotel 1992

Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts in 2004

Trump Entertainment Resorts in 2009

Not forgetting many other failed businesses…..

Trumped!, Trump Steaks, Trump Network, GoTrump, Tour de Trump, Trump Airlines,
7. Trump Vodka
, The New Jersey Generals, Trump Mortgage, Trump: The Game, Trump Magazine, Trump Ice and not forgetting Trump University!

What more proof do you need that he is a thief and a conman, and not a very bright businessman (and a rapist).

OOPS. Forgot to add proof that he is smart........

Dropping tax rates 2% for someone making $12,000, and 2% for a billionaire are not the same.

It's called equal protection under the law. Progressive taxation is equity, NOT equality.

And a 2% tax on $12,000 and 2% on a billionaire are not the same either. 😎

Delusional Trumpsters grasping at invisible straws is hilarious. :cheesy:

Yeah, you hate progressive taxation because you love billionaires.

if anyone were to sue trump in a court of law, with trump's lawyers and his "heavyweights", they would get nowhere, or indeed they would have to settle for a few cents in the dollar, as has often been the situation in cases like this.

In fact it more often than not it costs the plaintiff more than they've actually invested or can reclaim,

So it must've not been a solid case. Oh well.

Kiinda like all the Leftist claims about election fraud not gaining any traction.  Leftists always want it both ways.

2% is 2%

But you are right, they are not the same,  the billionaire pays more.

What the prosecutors chose to call the charges doesn't matter, it's like saying you're not a murderer because you were convicted of homicide.

Leftists always ignore the law. I'm not surprised.

I guess the laws are different in your country.

A mob trying to stop a government process is not just an out of control protest.

Obviously you don't realise that is the modus operandi of both Trump and Vance.

Vance has admitted he made the pet-eating story up.

Harris will increase the national debt by $1.2 trillion, Trump by $5.8 trillion. You have weird ideas about winning.

Trump will put Trump first.

1. Trump didn't file any personal bankruptcies. Those were companies operating under the Trump name.

2. Misappropriation isn't stealing. I have received bad legal advice from an attorney regarding an inheritance and used funds that I shouldn't have, but I wasn't stealing. My attorney told me that the funds were mine to spend. The funds were easily replaced in the estate when the use of the funds was challenged (And I wasn't accused of stealing the funds because my last name isn't Trump). Trump didn't run the charities, but he was responsible for how they operated.

Non Americans don't really care about Trump's business empire or any of his financial or other misdemeanours especially those pursued by the Democrats favourite weapon of 'lawfare', most people don't really care about the 'locker room' talk and supposed claims of his misogyny or racism - all they know is that the world was a lot safer and people had a lot more hope during the Trump Presidency and they fear what further damage four more years of Obama/Harris mismanagement would bring
