Watch the video.  Rogan has already asked him to outline the reasons, so he's right in the middle of that and wants to finish.  Rogan agrees with what Trump says and even adds detail to his answers.  Rogan could have asked the question again, but he didn't.

To me (selfishly) earning dollars  and living mostly overseas I want a strong dollar and high interest rates. I never need to borrow money and with my holdings I could  retire and live on interest. Maybe Trump could cut my income taxes too.  Nifty dividends from stock holdings have been a plus.  I don't know if that is good for the country or sustainable. Never claimed  I really understand Macro.
