There was a young gay from Khartoom
Who took a lesbian up to his room
They argued all night
Over who had the right
To do what, and with which, and to whom

Also experienced it once when I was single and living on Phuket.
Met a nice apparition, had a beer and then took ‘it' to my apartment.
But ‘it’ felt ‘wetness’ and told ‘it’ couldn't do anything about my desires.
Whether I wanted to take ‘it’ back to Kathu.
Just did it but an experience never to forget.

And then you found the book it was carrying called, "To Serve Man."

It was a cookbook! Run!

No, not at all same. First, he took the "thing" to his hotel. Regarding the taxi, it´s the other way around. Second, The taxi driver wasted your time, but in this scenario the guy is wasting the "things" time.

As you quickly can understand. Not same at all. Next time, please give it a thought before you post a reply.

Well fook me, you are touchy

Which came first transgender or ladyboy?

The more we empower minorities the more they want until the minorities dictate to the majority like now.

You thought wrong.

The law does not allow for the compensation of loss due to the undertaking of illegal activity. If anything, he should be charged for soliciting the services of a prostitute, which is illegal in Thailand.

You write with such formal legalese-style conviction. However, you are totally wrong. Neither prostitution, nor soliciting the services of a prostitute, is illegal in Thailand.

Don't they say;The costumer is Always Right?

HE should've said that HE is a man in Women's Clothes.

That´s as good as any comment, to say that you realize it was wrong. Thank you!

"""Neither prostitution, nor soliciting the services of a prostitute, is illegal in Thailand"""

WRONG.

But some reform of the laws has been under consideration

Well, I suppose it depends on have far the foreigner let it go before "noticing". If the katoey was giving him a hummer, he owes 😂 sorry.

I have had many instances where I have felt something was a little bit off, and I asked are you a lady 99% of the time they say yes, they are usually quite honest and upfront about this kind of thing, so my guess is that he never bothered to ask, and boy was he in for a surprise!

From what I understand at least 90% of ladyboys are pre-op, so they still have their package. This was entirely on him more than likely, and he should have offered some kind of compensation under the circumstances.

People travel to learn new cultures and have new experiences. Maybe he should have spent the night with her/him.

He might have enjoyed it. Who knows? Maybe he knew he was taking a ladyboy to his hotel and sobered up or lost his yearning for adventure when he got to the room. : )

Of course he knew. Just had buyer's remorse and chickened out. YOLO.

A well publicized case in Olongapo, Philippines a few years ago where a LB picked up a young Marine. Her LB friend told her to tell him, but she wouldn't. She was found, dead, in the hotel room with her head in the toilet.

I remember that story,

“Phuket: A foreign tourist took a Thai girl to a hotel, only to find that she was not a woman but a transwoman. He chased her away and refused to compensate her for wasting her time

I reckon this would happen every night in Pattaya.

Tranny, tranny, tranny, and tranny. Oh, and tranny. You feel me?

Ok so we have established that you're 9 years old.

Love the wording, “Some netizens criticised the transwoman for not revealing her gender upfront.” True dat!

It is you who is wrong. Have you read the Act?

Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act, B.E. 2539 [1996]

This Act prohibits both male and female prostitution in public places and brothels and classifies prostitution as illegal.  It also prohibits advertisement for and procurement of prostitutes as well as ownership or management of brothels.  The Act also establishes a Committee for Protection and Development of Occupation (P.D.O.) which shall prescribe and implement policies for the eradication of prostitution. Also provides for the establishment of rehabilitation institutions known as the Place for First Receiving, and the Place for Protection and Development of Occupation. The Place for First Receiving shall receive persons convicted for prostitution and assess their mental and physical health, as well as their aptitudes. Convicted prostitutes may then be sentenced to the Place for Protection and Development, which shall provide occupational training and rehabilitation.

Seriously, you should have looked up the law before rushing in to proclaim someone was "wrong".

How about if you believe you'd ordered a "fish supper" from the menu and find you're being served a "meat special " ?

Now we are talking. You are on the right path! 🙂

I would still not shout and beat up the cook for it. I would kindly ask them to change and correct. As many restaurants I´ve been to, I am almost 100% sure it would not be a problem. And if they fix it without problems, then I might give a little bit bigger tip. If the food I got was well cooked, that will say.
