Yes, there was no sentencing to complete the trial. The judge chumped out fearing for his own skin. Rightly so it was only lawfare.

 

The felonies were nothing of the sort. They were bookkeeping errors, misdemeanors at best that were elevated to the level of felony due to legal mischief that I will leave you to read about. The entire case would never make it past the supreme Court. Probably wouldn't even make it past the circuit Court of appeals

The charges were not dropped in the NY state fraud trial. Trump was convicted of 34 felonies. Sentencing has been delayed, and his felony convictions are not going away unless an appeals court shuts them down. Trump's 2 federal cases have been/ will be dismissed, although they could be refiled in 2028. Let me express my utter lack of shock that a Trump supporter has no idea Trump is a convicted felon.
