Especially bad since a few months earlier Joe Biden said he would not pardon him.  Nobody should be allowed to get an unconditional pardon before any court has even convicted or sentenced anybody.  That is way to over reaching.  Oh well.  The old saying in the military was  "RHIP"  Rank has its privileges.  Pretty disgusting behavior from the office of the president who at one time when I was active duty was my commander in chief.  And I served under Three different presidents.

Biden said in the statement that he decided to issue the pardon because his son was “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted,” saying that “Hunter was treated differently” from people who commit similar crimes.

I really don't have a problem with Biden pardoning his son but the idea that he was selectively and unfairly prosecuted is nonsense. Anybody caught lying on a Federal firearms form or not paying millions of dollars in taxes would be prosecuted and in prison. Biden pardoning his son just proves that there are plenty of people who are above the law no matter what people say.

In any other country of democratic structure it would be called a "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" but the official USA gave the pardoning a completely new and different angle.

Nobody invaded the White House. A few people were invited into the Capitol (People's house) for a free visit... and got shot at.

If the judicial system in USA wasn't so politicised, they would understand that the best is a that the president cannot pardon anyone being sentenced by a court in USA.

Pardons are traditionally abused as a President prepares to go out the door. Clinton pardoned Marc Rich. Rudy tried to arrange tributes (payoffs) for Friends of 45. 45 also pardoned guys who helped orchestrate the 2016 campaign cooperation with Russia (Stone and Manafort, and for those who will scream "wichhunt!":, go read the Republican-written SSCI report on Russiagate). 47 says he will pardon terrorists who tried to overthrow US democracy. As 45 he pardoned a truly vile person, and just named the same miscreant as US Ambassador to France.
