X is not a government entity, or even a publicly traded corporation, it is a privately owned company, and "don't criticize the owner" may be one of the rules. Try talking smack about the people that own/operate this board and see how long you last here.  Or start praising Elon and talking smack about the left on Bluesky and see how long it takes to get banned.

Well, it's not likely he'll get a washed-up columnist to make up a story claiming she was raped forty years ago or charge you with 34 felonies for calling payment for a non-disclosure agreement a legal expense or sue you for half a billion dollars for overstating the value of your property.
