Supreme Court Petitioned to Return Thaksin to Jail Amid Allegations

Obviously, it's more than unlikely that the criminal will every go to jail again. If he should go to jail, I am sure he will find a doctor who will testify that he is a very sick man...

 

The system should be easy. Jail is jail and hospital is hospital. If any inmate needs a week in hospital, fine. Then add a week to the time he has to stay in jail. Problem solved.
