February 15, 20251 yr My wife has tried twice to register our house for online TM30 ,, but keeps being asked for business details ?? She has provided our marriage certs her house book , ID card and proof of ownership , but they wont register her so we can do TM30 online ,,, Going to the local office is not easy as it over 100kms away ... This is a family home she has owned outright with Chanut for 18 years and where I plan to stay in future for holidays only as i no longer want long term stays in Thailand such as retirement etc ,,,
