Young people like to party and when partying they show no respect for other people. Therefor there should be a place where young people can be isolated from the mature population. Grouping like we see in the picture is not accepted by anyone age over 40. Dressed for beach in the streets of a city is never ok.

Most of the "Israelis" in question are actually Russians who have Israeli passport. For some reason majority of them belong to age bracket optimal for fighting on foreign lands (with weapons)
