Johnson Suggests Zelenskyy May Need to Step Down for Peace in Ukraine

Featured Replies

Step down or, judging by past history of past war-time allies of the US, fall out of the sky in an unfortunate plane or helicopter accident.

  • PS:   President Zelensky has more statesmanship, honor and courage in the tip of his little pinky finger than Mike Johnson, Donald Trump, JD Vance and the whole GOP combined.

  • I would suggest that bible thumper Johnson shut the **** up, grow a pair, remove his nose from Trump’s ample posterior and leave world politics to the grownups.

It is utterly puzzling how failing countries like Britain, Germany or France want to fund Ukraine with billions of Euro in the long term. Okay, steal the money from Russia, but then what?

Nobody's thought this through. It's all about photo ops and short term emotional feel good.

Failing countries, I thought your Russia was failing via your heroes cock-ups...:whistling:

Stop telling lies susan. I know it’s difficult for you MAGAs but there has been no audit, just hot air from President Musk. Indeed, initial forecasts are expected to show no savings. Source: Paul Klugman NYT.

I suspect Zelensky may have vested interests in remaining in power with the war ongoing.

Obviously less so now that the Biden crime family have been removed.

It's pretty amazing what money and power and unquenchable greed will do to the mind.  I agree - the last three years of adulation by UK/EU/US leaders has placed Zee's own mind on a pedestal. Given the White House performance where he felt so privileged that he felt he could wear his track-suit when they asked him to wear a suit, call Vice President Vance "JD", and the argue with the US President in the Oval Office shows exactly out of touch with reality this comedian actually is. To his own determent I'm afraid.

From someone who is always told what to do by his Nazi masters, the unelected SA immigrant and his VP Trump this just shows what a bland, banal moron he is.

And all because the vile orange blob and his yapping chihuahua, the guy with no name but only letters, <deleted> up

You ask others for links so where is there a verified link, with a breakdown of programmes involved in reaching that lovely round number to justify it?

Just noticed that your figures have jumped $5BN in 55 minutes.

Wow! What consistency and accuracy!

Huh? You want to steal money from successful US people to fund Ukraine war? How bizarre.

Do you want the money to come from the poor?

I suggest you pay attention to what’s going on in Republican ‘Town Halls’.

Though be quick before the Republicans stop holding ‘Town Halls’ to avoid hearing voter’s opinions.

There is ample evidence that the Trump family is corrupt. There's absolutely zero doubt that putin and his cronies are corrupt. Do you have any evidence about Zelensky?

Speaker Mike Johnson has suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may need to either reconsider his stance or resign to bring an end to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

And be replaced by whom?

A Russian puppet, or an American puppet?

Zelenskiy is right, you can't have a fair election during an armed conflict, like the one currently in Ukraine.

It would appear that America already has a Russian puppet in charge.

I believe Zelensky is popular in the Ukraine. No need to stand down. Let the EU show they can support him still.

Town halls are still being held, but Republican representatives have been told by Mike Johnson not to attend anymore, because they keep getting booed at. Poor thing.
JD Vance fled with his tail between his legs last weekend to get away from a few hundred peaceful protesters and hid in ‘an undisclosed location’. Wonder what he would have done if a violent mob stormed the capitol chanting ‘hang JD Vance, hang JD Vance’.

That’s the same JD Vance who last week was telling European political leaders they need to listen to their voters.

Running and hiding from a bunch of voters waving placards.

USAID, FEMA, Education, nuclear regulatory oversight, FAA.. Science... Basically everything funded by the Federal government will be shredded. So many people.out of work. No one to buy the expensive US made cars, white goods, food...Especially as Canada will pull oil and electricity from the US market and hopefully build a beautiful big wall.

quid pro quo babe.

US had an election. Last poll had Trump 5+
