I'm back in Thailand for a few days for a friend's wedding and we are at a beach resort.

 

As I was walking to the restaurant along the beach I saw a tatted up farang woman with her knockers out. I must say she had a decent set on her and I had to restrain myself from saying hello...

 

But it got me thinking - was this woman breaking the law just now?

I find it hard to believe since a local would have called the cops if it's illegal.

Many years ago I was on Chaeweng and several fat and unattractive white women were topless. I should have reported to the cops that some farang women were destroying the environment.
