What's wrong with your internet since you cannot check the answer to your own question? Has Google blocked you?

Oh, here's the DEI hire under the last administration,

Unlike the current occupant of the Oval Office, who, if his recent televised meeting with the Chancellor of Germany is anything to go by, is sharp, incisive, driven by pure logic, clear thinking, and proves himself the absolute master of any and all nuances when dealing with international affairs; and of course is absolutely charming to boot!

Trump's history with appointees has a consistent pattern - praising his own acumen in hiring them, he trashes them when they disagree, or are such abysmal performers he can't gloss over them.

I wonder who will cop the blame when his second trade war with China goes the way of the first.

Who was in the job under the last administration?

Is it really a high-level position?

What were the day-to-day duties?

What was the job description?

Was he just holding the spot until they could find somebody?

All I know is that the same people howling about this guy have howled about everyone.

The last person in that role was Bill Braniff, an army veteran with 20 years of anti terrorism experience.

He resigned after doge cut 20% of his staff.

Does that answer your question?

Oh, and incidentally, we seem to have a fair number of terrorists popping up that got in the country during the last administration.

I wonder why he didn't resign when Biden/Harris was letting millions of illegals flood into the county.

Newton was 23 when he invented calculous, and he invented it to complete his physics work.

And if during the invention of calculus Newton made a negregious error, what serious reduction of the safety and security of that era's general population would occur?   LOL   your desperation is leading to some very hilarious analogy attempts

Maybe Newton didn't get it right until the fifth iteration.  The HS guy doesn't get to take risk free attempts at getting things right.

The calculus has saved countless lives, certainly more that any counter terrorist group.

That you are not able to comprehend an analogy does mean it was not sound.

Tell us how bad the first trade war with China went?

Despite the doom and gloom predictions by the leftists, which are never accurate BTW my portfolio is doing remarkably well.

From 2018 to 2020, the Trump administration paid out $28 billion to US farmers, to compensate them for $27 billion in losses of sales of soybeans, corn and wheat. It was called the Market Facilitation Program. Which sounds nicer than hey, we lost bigtime.

I know you don't understand Treasury bonds yielding more than 5% and a depreciating dollar spells big trouble for the US sharemarket. Walmart, Ford, GM, Intel, Apple and Caterpillar are all moving their operations out of America.

Let's see how much of your shirt you lose over the next 4 years, shall we?

Good post, but then again posting facts to people like @ThreeCardMonte and others of his ilk, is a bit like "casting pearls to swine".........and you can never change or educate them as they are happy in their narrow and right wing view of the US.

Typical of "Trump's favourite people".

Even with my 3.5% annual withdrawals I predict I’ll still come out ahead.

The biggest hit I took was Biden’s first two years in office.

So, to post surveys from a pretty well established right leaning survey group doesn't say much. Here's is a summary assessment.

The Trafalgar Group has a unique place in the polling landscape. They earned a strong reputation for their 2016 predictions, which they attribute to their "shy voter" methodology. However, their subsequent performance has been mixed, and they face ongoing criticism for their opaque methodology and perceived Republican bias, leading to a fluctuating reputation for the accuracy of their surveys

  • Gallup:

    • Latest (May 1-18, 2025): 43% approval, 53% disapproval.
    • Key insight: Gallup notes that independent views of Trump have changed meaningfully this year, now at 33% approval versus 46% in January. His approval reflects 90% from Republicans and 4% from Democrats. Gallup is considered a gold standard for consistent, long-term presidential approval tracking.
  • Pew Research Center:

    • Latest (April 7-13, 2025): 40% approval, 59% disapproval.
    • Key insight: Pew reported a 7-point drop in his approval since February, with a more pronounced decline among less enthusiastic supporters and 2024 nonvoters. Pew is known for its in-depth research and commitment to nonpartisanship.
  • Reuters/Ipsos:

    • Latest (May 17-19, 2025): 42% approval.
    • Key insight: This poll found a slight dip from the previous week (44%) and matches the lowest level of his new term. They also note Americans have a "dour view" of his handling of the economy. Ipsos is a global research company that conducts polls for Reuters, generally seen as a reliable source.

Its amazing what you can find on the internet now isnt it. Perhaps some of the cultist will learn of this cutting edge thinking and use multiple sources to understand reality and also research their typical go to for bias information

So true. Pretty sure he'll post an image of an Italian sports car and some d!ck pics next.

Trump has a history of picking from the bottom of the barrel and virtually every appointment that he's made to his entire cabinet, other than Bondi perhaps, are utterly unqualified for the position and in most cases they're under qualified to an astonishing degree. They're causing tremendous harm to the nation and moving America backwards, diminishing its influence, and making America less relevant to the world. MALRW from the Taco.

I would say you can't make this stuff up, but then I remember we're talking about the Trump administration.

Trump Appoints 22-Year-Old Ex-Gardener and Grocery Store Assistant to Lead U.S. Terror Prevention

"The inexperienced 22-year-old reportedly tasked by Donald Trump with tackling U.S. extremism was working as a neighborhood gardener just five years ago and in a grocery store as recently as August 2023, the Daily Beast can reveal.

Thomas Fugate, who graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio just 12 months ago, is currently heading up the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships at the DHS, as first reported by ProPublica Tuesday."
