  • Feel free to overpay, as what I bought for 5-8 baht / gr, they sell for 100-200 gr, finally.   1/2 gram does me nice for a few hours.   Paying more isn't going do anything but cost me more.

Announcement on 27 June new law delayed for 60 days.

But shops are required to keep a list of customers names, ID, Passport.

So I need to smoke about a gram a day, vs my usual, <1/2 gr a month  :w00t:

Feel free to ignore all future posting, though for most, not any different than now

Thai traditional doctors are attending a training session on July 16th to finalize how the prescription process will work, as it stands, nothing has changed, indeed I purchased yesterday from a shop, no questions asked.

The doctor will fill this out, correct?, not the patient apart from signature?

My local off the beaten track shop has this sign in the window (I did the Google image translate) -- when they tell me (if ever) they can no longer sell to me without a prescription, that's when I'll figure all this out.

One restriction on this is that they cannot sell online or with vending machines.

i wonder about this no online selling

How would they track or know of, a sale via line or messenger?
there plenty of small time legal growers out there

Don,t the police have better things to do like maybe getting all the drunk drivers and speeders off the roads.

Do try to keep up ... it was in the Gazette, so it is official.  Why Phuket acted the sane day and shut down non complying shops.

Yea, read that part also, after BM2 pointed it out.  You live in TH, authorities do what they want.

Although there may be some fine print that shops have to comply immediately, while others get a grace period.

One I was referring to, passed and in the Gazette, as officially law now.

Why Phuket PoPo are actively enforcing it now.

I'm reliably informed that most if not all shops in Phuket are operating as normal. I think a few may have closed initially after the original announcement, but as of the weekend just gone it's business as usual from what I'm hearing, certainly in the main tourist areas.

I also received an order yesterday from my online supplier which was delivered to my location, so it seems that at least two different parts of Thailand don't seem to be affected by any changes.

Did I stutter ?   I can repeat it, explain it to you, but I can't make you understand it.

Google is your friend, since you don't believe me.  Let me help you out, so you don't repeat yourself, yet again ...

the problem being a further announcement was made delaying this order by 60 days.

So you're posting misinformation, and cannabis sales proceeding as before.

Meanwhile in the real world ...
