The main reason Trump has decided to help Ukraine again is because he only starts now to realise that Putin fooled him. For months, Trump has promoted Putin's POV about the Ukraine war.

It has to do more about having someone to fund our weapon manufacturers than personal feelings about putin, which trump has no reason to care about

I was referring to his recent statement to help Ukraine, after halting deliveries. This is not related to the minerals deal. It comes after he was being humiliated by Putin.

His decision didnt affect americans in any way, why should he feel bad about trying to end that war so ukraine doesnt leech off us anymore
