90 day report information

Featured Replies

so we have a cambodian couple working as gardener in my MuuBan.

all are legal and legit about them.

they are doing their 90 days at the imm office and it costs them around 20-50 baht. they pay for the person who do form for them. i think filling the form and so on.

so i told them im doing it online and suggested them and they love the idea..

then i relize.. what if cambodians cannot do 90 day online

so my question is can they or not?

thanks

If they can't read the forms to fill in how are they going to do it online? fill the form out or do it online for them

I don't think they can. I think Cambodian, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam nationals have to do it in person or via an agent.

I am not 100% but am pretty certain.

Why don't you/them try online? That will answer your question

@problemfarang that's your best answer
try it online 14 days before down until 7 days before the due date and it'll either go thru or it won't. Make sure you match their address to their TM30 (where ever that is)

https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login

This is from Google AI so don't put too much trust in it

Yes, Cambodians can file their 90-day report online in Thailand. Foreigners staying in Thailand for more than 90 days are required to report their address to immigration authorities every 90 days, and this can be done in person, by mail, or through an online system.

To file online, foreigners need to access the Thai Immigration Bureau's website and use the online service for reporting over 90 days. They will need to have their passport and arrival card (TM.6) information readily available, and the online application must be submitted within 15 days of the due date, according to Acclime Thailand.

Give it a try and see what happens. As has already been pointed out, do it sufficiently early so that you still have time to visit your immigration office if necessary.

Would these Cambodians had to have filed a TM30 in order to get an online TM47 "Approved"?

If you do it online and use the spreadsheet to do both at once you will use C01 in the nationality field.  This is given in the spreadsheet info for "The Kingdom of Cambodia" which indicates to me it can definitely be done online.

Great answer.

Seems my thoughts were wrong.

What is this "spreadsheet"?

I understand the spreadsheet multiple record upload entry process for the TM30.

Is there some similar process for filing multiple TM47's?

are you sure you're not talking about the TM30 online system <- which does allow spread sheet uploads (hotels use it) to file TM30 for guests?

The online TM47 (90 day reporting) does NOT have that feature and each 90 day report has to be filed individually (you can use the same account to file them though)

I do not see on this screen where you upload a spread sheet

Yes, sorry guys, I was referring to the TM30.  I got distracted by the reference to TM30s in the post immediately above mine.

The first 90 days has to be done at immigration office and not online.

"""Would these Cambodians had to have filed a TM30 in order to get an online TM47 "Approved"?"""

ALL FOREIGNERS ( maybe not diplomatic people??? ) need to have a TM-30 "on file" in order to do a TM-47.

MANY IO's cross check TM's now, mine does - personal experience.

Given the statement in the OP that "they are doing their 90 days at the imm office", I think that we can safely take it that TM30's have already been completed and filed in their case.
