OK I can't read all 13 pages of this ongoing spat.  But I want to know if you ever contacted the police and had this looked at?  People that quick to anger over minor traffic issues are a danger and need to be looked at.

What they do is try and have others believe people who disagree with them are narcissists, deflection, so others won't see them as they really are. Russians have a bad reputation for anger issues.  But I mostly have problems with Thai drivers driving expensive cars like Mercedes or BMW they drive so fast they could not stop even if they had too. They have anger issues especially toward foreigners living in Thailand and these people carry guns so it’s best to avoid a comfortation with them. I never honk my horn because it just makes people angry. I try to live my life without causing problems with others. This is not my country so I must show respect to the Thai people. I had a crazy person follow me once honking his horn and flashing his lights I chose to drive to my local police station and he followed me in not knowing where he was, I honked the horn till the police came out, turns out he was using drugs and he had a illegal gun in his car.  The police took his car and sent him to jail. I followed up later and they said he lost his car and was in jail for 6 months and 500,000 and this was the 3rd time he had done this kind of crime.
