Trump destroying American History

Featured Replies

Trump is destroying American history but not in the right or good way, his governing without respecting democracy, law and he's just creating chaos and making the majority of american citizens unhappy. His america first became Trump & family first, his way of governing is Dictatorship like but that's not a surprise for the majority of us, his idolatry of Putin, Erdogan, Xi, Kim. Aliyev (Azerbaijan)   has Trump acted as they do and he's jealous of their time in control of their country, that's why is trying to do the same by illegally sending US military into US cities

Fact check: Is the Trump administration rewriting history?

Can't be any worst than "Corn-Pop."

In a way he is making it too. The decline and fall of the American empire. Greed and depravity topple another government.

Trump and his supporters do not care what voters think. That should be obvious by now. We will simply have to wait until his term is up and take steps to prevent the election of a similar Chief Executive.

The United States in not an empire.

While all of what you say is true and there's no question that Trump is diminishing America's reputation and influence throughout the world rather precipitously, I don't think he's just destroying American history. Certainly historians will write about this chapter as being an incredibly dark period, brought on by a psychopathic megalomaniac who is completely out of control, but even this will pass. Trump is getting very old, he's getting very feeble, and he's not going to be around much longer. He's diminishing the GOP to a rather staggering degree and the destructive effects of his ridiculous tariffs will not be felt for another year or two. When that happens a lot of MAGA devotees are going to be very angry, and very disappointed, and very surprised.

You mean he wasn't really working for my well-being after all? He really didn't care about me? I'm so surprised! I thought he was a much different man than he turned out to be. Geez. Perhaps I was a bit gullible and naive? I really believed him.

Poor lefty

It seems everyday  there is a new post from some left wing zealot concerning President Trump. I think these people have melted down and cannot live with themselves any longer. Many have threatened to leave the U.S. but they are still there:

The history will be put back in place after he is gone. The country might not be so lucky.

President Trump still has three years and more than four months left in his term. That's allot of time to be winning for
America. Better get used to it.

"do not care what the voters think" ??????? It seems from the map below that the voters think President Trump is a winner with a mandate.

Step 5: Re-write history......think it's step 5.

Is there no limit to lefties lies and exaggerations.

Sorry you don't agree with the way he governs, but to say he's destroying American history is ridiculous.

LBJ was far worse, there's still extreme poverty in the major cities because of him, and also hundreds of thousands of lives ruined because of him getting us in the Vietnam war.

The 'not as bad as Hitler' is a terrible defence.

Does absolute reality even exist?

Have you noticed that everyone interprets present day reality differently?

Some people like Taylor Swift and other people think she's corrupting the youth .

Some people think Trump is a dictator ruining the country and other people think he's a good president.

Anyway, everyone is constantly putting their own spin on just about everything.

But you want to single out Trump?

Maybe you need people like Trump so you can spend your entire life pointing the finger and never have to look in the mirror?

No he isnt. You are unable to point out one thing he is doing that proves he is rewriting history.

You are therefore spewing lies, again.

Is it the end of history?

Is time safe? Or did Trump destroy time too?

Why does most every post that contains no facts and or examples a generally include a phrase like: "...there's no question that...", which just means there is a question, but the poster has no facts or example to back up any of the nonsense they are about to spew.

With many people, once they got attached to a theory, it was hard to get them detached. They’d screen out unhelpful facts, invent favorable ones, and ignore contradictions in their own claims. Look at those Sandy Hook, multiple fraud convictions, and Jan. 6th truthers, babbling about false flags and crisis actors and all the rest. When people were motivated enough to believe something, they were going to believe it no matter what. There was no such thing as a bridge too far.
