  • Yet again talking about all the people around the case. What about Boss? They know where he is, but don´t bring him home to face the charges. Just shows that some people are above the law. Disgusting

  • Run out of brown envelopes. Needing a topup.   So, watch this space for nothing to happen (yawn).

Thought it may have been Big Joke, whatever happened to him?

Legal system explained - no further comments, questions or loose ends here .............

Lock up the super corrupt disgrace of a man for the rest of his years, let him rot in prison. He's the defiling the nation with his antics and he likely the earned billions during his tenure. He is a reptile. And I am not talking about the Bull butthead.

When is the Thai justice system going to get serious about being the justice system?? The Boss has never been put on Interpol red alert and given the circumstances the minimum charge would be man slaughter, plus the other offences like speeding, driving under the influence and then of course the brown envelopes which is bribery to avert the path of justice!!

Sure those involved in altering the facts should be brought to justice but so should the perpetrator!

The Open and flagrant mockery of the law and order - the Epitome of corruption.... never seen anything like this anywhere in the world ..... they have no fear of GOD.... so sad...

Disgusting work from a corrupted to the core system. Not one guy with power has the back bone to stand up. Just a bunch of p-ies

You're a trouble maker.

Very odd there has not been any recent photos of him posted , although I'm guessing the press don't want taken to the cleaners by his family for posting it if they had it or the courts would charge someone under the guise of interfering with a case.

I think you will find at least as bad in neighbouring south East Asian countries, it just doesnt get to make the headlines quite like Thailand! Its a shameful, sad & sorry world we live in with an ever increasing  number of those with no morals or ethics!!

Corruption is a pandemic in todays society and exists in most countries only at different levels, the west being just as guilty as the rest but not so blatantly obvious to the casual observer!

History has the answer in its precedent. Put a bounty on him and see how fast he is found. Note: I did not say "dead or alive"

Amazing Thailand, where everyone except the culprit gets charged!!

Yes, and the rich have their fingers in all the p-ies.

You yourself have the power to truthbomb redbulls's popular and considerable worldwide social media presence.

You could make it your own personal crusade, if it would help to alleviate your moral outrage.

Yeah, or you could be a little bit more clever, sensible and smart. Start buy understanding that people pose questions and post their opinions in forums online. It will probably take a while.

Or simply post his activities and locations online. Where's Jim Rockford when you need him?

Dusky pink in invisible ink I think 🤔

Thanks, but I won't be taking any pointers from you on forum etiquette.

What I will take, if you don't mind of course, is a chortle at the irony in your hypocritical retort and abrasive demeanor.

Only an opinion , but perhaps ease off on the deriding addendums you frequently employ to derogate from your deficient prose.

God's peace, Gottfrid.

How do you think the RTP can "bring him home" from a country in which he is not wanted and they have no jurisdiction?

Heard of extradition?

Heard of how extradition works?  He has to be arrested first by the authorities of the country in which he is located but, so far, no country has shown any interest in doing that for a reckless driving charge.

Yes, there is but the UK authorities ignore it, as is their prerogative.

...the maximum charge is reckless driving causing death which is what he is charged with, not manslaughter.

In the absence of a justice system worthy of the name, sensible well-intentioned citizens would take matters in to their own hands. Couldn't be all that difficult to organize an appropriate outcome.

There are no other outstanding charges.

You've been watching too many US movies, kidnapping Vorayuth. i.e. "bounty hunters" going after him internationally, would be illegal and would have his case instantly dismissed if it came to court that way.

Finding him is not the issue, getting him from wherever he is to Thailand legally is the issue.  No other countries have any interest in him and the RTP have no jurisdiction outside Thailand.

Perhaps not so simple ...a certain well known Malaysian Chinese  fugitive  wanted for years  has been known to slip in and out of Thailand . It's a game .

He is protected by the Chinese, if he had any problem they would have arranged his ability to get back to safe territory. i.e. he is living openly in China... that would not be possible if not being protected.

So after that has been done what do you think could happen next?

What ridiculousness are you suggesting...murder, kidnapping...?

Yes, lynching is so easy so organise...why don't you get it going if it's so easy and inconsequential?
