Is Angela Rayner guilty

Two questions need to be answered.

Will those, looks like they weren't tax lawyers, come forward and tell what advice they dave and on what information Rayner had given them?

Would Rayner have come forward if she had not been found out?

Of course she wouldn't have admitted it. She is in charge of housing yet she claims she didn't know about the tax etc? Really?

And if she does she should repay the tax debt and then continue in office.

The question that needs answering is did Rayner seek and act on lawful professional advice?   If she did your second question is mute.

Has Reyner claimed the ‘conveyancing firm’ provider her with tax advice?

The firm representing her has said they had no request from her on legal advice so she is lying saying she was given advice from a lawyer. Verrico & Associates were the company that handled her flat purchase in Hove and they rejected any claims they advised her on stamp duty it merely processed the transaction using figures supplied from the client. So she is lyeing and so is Starmer defending her.

Yes.

She's already admitted her guilt.  Whether she goes or stays, or is fired, will depend on the ethics advisor's report.

Leave her alone, she is MY MP, I am from Ashton-under-Lyne...........ha ha ha 555

Used to be the Army Pay Office which handled my pay - it wasn't exactly unknown for them to make mistakes when they made financial calculations either!

It's RAYNER. Get it right Mr Haggit ! 555

She must be pretty dumb to not realise everything she does is going to be scrutinised in the hope of finding something to be able to attack her with.

Maybe she asked Dianne Abbott to calculate the amount due?

She's good with numbers...

That would account for a lot if she did.

We do not speak like that in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Maybe she's hamming it up, doing the northern equivalent of a Mockney accent to sound more "rela'able", innit?

Have you ever been there?

No, although my grandfather was from Sale.

Oh come on. Bit harsh...

It's not like she ate a piece of birthday cake given to her by a colleague at work, on her birthday.

How much did you get for him

If you wanted that to be remotely funny you should have asked how much I paid for him.

🟥A Prime Minister who lies 24/7
🟥Chancellor who lied on CV
🟥Anti-corruption minister charged with corruption
🟥Business Secretary pretended to be solicitor
🟥Homelessness minister exploited rental tenants
🟥Transport Secretary committed fraud
🟥Deputy PM evaded tax

Ah a Cheshire boy. I am a Lancashire lad. Cheers.

I’m both, was born in Warrington when it was part of Lancashire & was 8 when  they redrew the county boundaries in 1974 & it became part of Cheshire.

On the subject of Rayner, I can imagine a conversation with the conveyancing company (who are licensed conveyancers & not solicitors) along the lines of her saying she had no interest in any other properties & them agreeing the lower Stamp Duty, but if the words “Family Trust” were mentioned I can’t imagine the firm doing anything but pointing her towards a solicitor for legal advice.

She's been caught right out.

Now get out.

Are you so out of touch up there int' North?

Inflated the value of her house to take more cash out of son’s trust….

Lied about receiving tax advice…..

Paid the lower rate of stamp duty despite very clear guidance about trusts for children….

Used a court injunction to avoid disclosure and only came clean when it expired.🤔

Her reasons for avoiding £40,000 stamp duty sound feeble and claiming that her newly purchased flat in Hove , was her main residence . This hypercritical deputy P.M. must be sacked . Also how has she managed to accrue a personal wealth of £4.75 million . She has the backing of Starmer who also needs to go . Starmers wealth is said to be  in excess of       £10 million . The mind boggles .

Let’s show respect and support for this strong woman instead of criticizing her.

Fascinating how team woke are making up endless excuses for Rayners corruption yet had a pious and arrogant stance about lawbreaking when it was about the anti Trump lawfare hoaxes.

Deep hypocrisy in play isn't it.

Btw was just on local radio laying 100% of the blame on everyone apart from her. So lawyers etc were at fault not ypur dear Angela. How dumb is that.
