What 8 years old? If family is not important to you, then I accept that. I expect the same from you.

You're getting free psychoanalysis.

What are you complaining about?

Shrinks usually charge over 200 dollars an hour.

  • If your Mother is still alive, you're not old enough to entertain the idea of marrying a bargirl. Wait until after the funeral.

My bicycle can help me run away faster, but I also walk 4Km most mornings which will also help me run away. A 68yo boasting about how strong they are is really sad.

Think back why you responded. You assume I'm like you or others you know. You are obviously different about how you feel about your own children, as you consider them baggage. I don't care who you are or who you know. if you hurt any of my children, you'll regret it in the worst way, and all fathers should feel that way. Yes, I am 69 , and my children mean the world to me. The rest of the world comes second, and anyone who goes to the point of hurting any of my children will end up one way, no matter who they are.

I assume all old folk are much of a muchness.

At 65 you get weaker very quickly, that's simple biology, nothing anyone can do to stop it.

No need to threaten me with violence, and I've just reported all your threats aimed at Gotfrid.

Sorry but had to post peoples personal information here.

I see no threats, nor does anyone else. Some just underestimate others because they've never met them. It has nothing to do with getting weaker

Crikey, hope to see you guys at the Christmas party, I'd like to see some entertainment, and I thought it would be a boring event.

🎉🎈🪅Bring on the Christmas party dudes 😎 🥳🪅🎈🎉

Not really, old age brings many physical limitations.

At 68 your judgement, balance, speed, eyesight, hearing, bone density will all be radically reduced.

Even falling over could break your hip or arm.

Happens to all of us, nothing can stop the aging process.

Your walking and riding a bike surely slows it down.

I'm not ready for to stop fighting the good fight and really doubt I have lost much bone mass or strength at nearly 60. When 40, the 50 crowd tells you it all falls apart at 50 and this has been the general trend each decade.  Fact is 99% fell started to fall apart at 30 and are delusional 🙂

As for healthy Freddy, he hasn't figured out that preaching isn't knowing.

I've met a few members, and they're really nice guys, and would love to meet more. Some of us might actually get along, even though we trade back and forth, but some are obviously unstable characters, and anyone can be dangerous while hiding  behind a computer. I'm only in this country until I move with my daughter, to a better place, and have always been honest, yet some feel the need to twist things around for their own agenda. Trying not to take things seriously when they keep coming back with false remarks about a person they've never met.

Don't move mate, it's lovely here, Thailand and it's people.

Just spend less time on the keyboard, some guys here will do your head in.

Take care 👍

We're all humbled eventually, but yes, some fall apart much earlier than others, and those who aren't in the game don't understand why some age faster than others. I'm not preaching when I'm defending myself against those who twist what I've said around because they aren't of sound mind. Some people have no clue that others aren't like them so feel the need to take out their anger here. I have no problem with anyone until they cross a line, and most people here are just fine.

I was the fittest I've been in my life at age 60, could run through the mountains all day, would cycle 60Km up and over Doi Suthep. But at some point shortly after 60 everything falls apart, seen it not only in me, but in all my running/cycling pals. I agree with you most fall apart at 30, but then it's a (lazy) choice, after 60 nothing will stop the decline.

Assuming doesn't work with anyone. Thailand is a nice country but not for some, especially when you want what's best for a child and can't enjoy your hobbies here.

Nice post and great advice. His best chance of living a good life  is here with his family IMO.  His intentions aren't all that bad but the implementation is not as easy.

Yah, that's the only reason why I don't hunt down these Filipinas to exact an adequate Reservoir Dogs style revenge.,

Who wants to burn in a cauldron of hot  oil for all eternity? No thanks.

Anyway, back on topic, I really don't think the bargirls are the worst. Yes, they are low-life prostitutes, but at least they are honest about it. There's no surprises.

The worst are the "semi-professionals", the girls that hide that they are really serial daters. and are adept at faking that they are marriage material, faking love and affection.

Those girls are really far worse,  unlike the bar girls they don't play with open cards, and are thus far more dangerous.

I believe you but I've heard that my whole life. I'm extremely fit so am a target for the, I was fit as a fiddle at your age when I was 40, 50 and soon will be more of the same at 60.

I'll admit it will get harder but with a good amount of luck and even more effort I'll still be doing most of what I do at 70.  I have ideas of how to accomplish this but who knows...

I thought the same, but at 70 I have to admit it was just a fantasy.

Yep - maybe just dreaming. It has worked so far 🙂

I don't know of any 70 yo personally that are close to where I intent to be physically at 70.   I know many online -lol. I am in better shape physically than that online crowd was at nearly 60 so possibly will be at 70.

It's just a plan and a dream.  I take it seriously but realize it might be delusional. Give me that 🙂

At times I read your comments, you do tell too much. Try not to tell these guys too much about your personal life, some here will definitely use it to attack you.

Some members here can be very nasty at times.

As I said earlier, less time on the keyboard, more time outside, it's a great time of the year, not too hot, cooler weather is coming. 😊

You're the one who spent all of Sunday wasting your time instead of family time. Got to go, we're packing up for a 4 night get away. Bye

I'm honest and some do use that against you. I'm always online, and can answer while watching TV or teaching my daughter vocabulary and grammar, along with burning CD's and looking up fishing and hunting destinations, as I'm doing now, soon to be hunting in Texas.

I can see who respects women and children, along with animals here, and support them any way I can, and yes, some here can be nasty, and are likely a whole lot worse in person, so you can't judge them from just a forum.

Some are here to antagonize, not helping and only because they're miserable themselves and feel the need to try and bring others down. It's amusing to point them out, as their replies are always much the same. I should ignore them, as they aren't going to change, but I hate prejudice and have seen what it does all along, so supporting those who are victims of it is just how I am.

There's one guy at my gym 60+ that's a beast. Real nice guy but better shape than most 30 yr olds.

I need to get back to lifting! Covid hit and all the gyms I went to closed.  Never went back and have done OK with body weight exercises but not the same.  Have had a really good setup in my shopping cart at Supersports but haven't pulled the trigger. No Gyms where I call home now.

Dunno how my reply got directed to another poster? Maybe my brain is falling apart?

So how is all the bangin' going if Percy is included in "everything falls apart"?🙃🙃
