OSLO—Donald J. Trump reportedly “exploded with rage” on Tuesday after the Norwegian Nobel Committee awarded the 2025 Peace Prize to California Governor Gavin Newsom.

In its official statement, the Nobel committee praised Newsom for “demonstrating his dedication to the principle of peace by preventing an armed conflict between California and Oregon.”

Though the committee did not bestow its prize on Trump, it did recognize him with a laser printed “certificate of participation.”

“Deciding who will win the Peace Prize is an exhausting and stressful process,” the committee stated. “Donald Trump’s entry gave us many hours of welcome laughter.”

 I figure Newsom could win the Nobel for Climate Preservation (if there was such a thing) for ensuring that no high speed rail was built in California for a decade, thus preserving valuable nature.  And for chasing away businesses, thus improving the air quality.

I'm gullible and believed your post.  Disliked his Covid shenanigans but maybe it is time to try to find some vids that are the opposite of what Google's algorithm has been supplying in my feeds.  He is definitely a well groomed politician but might not be all bad 😉

Bit of a shock!!!!

 

But the caveat is....this is based purely on bets placed and is devoid of tips, inside knowledge, history, trends......purely bets placed.

 

 

If Trump can broker a ceasefire in Gaza - however flawed - it will increase his chances immeasurably for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Just to stop this hideous carnage would be an outstanding accomplishment.
