Thai singer Kratae, known for her R Siam hits, has offered a 500,000 baht reward for the return of her cherished toy dog, Booby, which she accidentally left on a first-class flight. The incident left her in tears, as she expressed frustration with the airline for failing to alert her during landing.

Kratae explained that the cabin crew did not wake her as the plane touched down, preventing her from preparing to collect her belongings. She described Booby as priceless, both emotionally and sentimentally, and stressed that it had been a gift from her mother over 22 years ago.

In social media posts, Kratae criticized the airline for negligence, saying their lack of responsibility caused her to leave the toy behind. She stated that she had contacted the airline through multiple channels, but received no apology or indication that efforts were being made to recover Booby.

After realising the toy was missing, Kratae attempted to retrieve it with airport staff but was told it could not be found. She remains convinced that Booby is still on the aircraft. Legal consultation is underway regarding lost property on the flight and Kratae plans to pursue all legal avenues regarding the airline’s handling of the situation.

The singer has appealed to the public for help, asking anyone who can locate or contact Booby to assist her. She has pledged the reward to any individual or team that successfully returns her beloved toy.

What's even funnier is that most they'd be on the hook for is the 300 baht (or so) retail value.

Some people live in a different world.  Or at least they think they do.  But, she's getting publicity...

So a Thai of some apparent claim to fame travels 1st class but without some P.A responsible for  collecting childhood toys on her behalf considers it is the Airlineś  fault ?

If  ever so lucky a member of a tween flights  cleaning crew may have found it and stuffed in a pocket instead of a bin bag and now fortuitously gets to learn of the reward offered. But fronting with it might be problematical if accusations of theft as a servant for not binning it are made. Best outcome might be to assume it was relegated to rubbish along with the copious  trash even many 1st class passengers seem to think they have the right to toss on the floor.

This Singer could maybe take advantage of not only the publicity but to  compose a song about life compelling  an indulged  child to grow up ?

It clearly was her responsibility to gather her junk... I do wonder how long the flight was? Local hop or Transcontinental? First class should get some primo help...

During one of  my cross Pacific flights on Eva (Taipei to Seattle), a fancy gold ring I'd had for decades slipped off my ring finger. I didn't notice til I was down in baggage collection. Found an Eva rep & she took care of the search, and ring was found and returned. I was flying economy for what it is worth. That is exemplary service ya think?

I would like to know what airline she flew so as to avoid.... Their lack of care and help puts them on my 'do not fly' list

I have to admit that I've had different experiences, when I've thought I lost something valuable on a flight, but found it on my kitchen table when I got home.  Right where I put it, planning to pick it up on the way out the door.  I've also had some near panic episodes when I couldn't find my travel cash in my carry on and discovered later that I had left it in my checked bag.  Good thing most airport employees are honest.  That would have been all my fault.

And that was years before I could claim old fart senior privilege.

I've had an equal share of belongings forgotten on planes. Some were returned, notably, my entire three suitcases not collected in a transit airport.

Quote from "Booby", in an undisclosed location after escaping their 22+ years captivity:

"Free at last, Free at last, Thank God almighty I am free at last from that emotionally retarded Doll Lady.  Thank you to the kid in Economy who hid me in his Spiderman backpack after I sneaked out of First while the crazy bitch was asleep"

Oh please can we perhaps leave the idiosyncrasies of life to perhaps those with intellect

Thankyou for your contribution though

It was so precious to her that she forgot it.

Give her a booby prize.

One has to wonder wtf did she hide inside that booby. Implants??

Some people just don't have the first clue what real problems are about...

Best keep that 500 k and use it for mental health care, YOU NEED IT

Well, that statement of yours, should keep you locked out of this

The Emotional Support Animal category needs expanding to include toy animals?

To the person who now has Booby, don't hand it back until Kratae has given you the money.
