I see these statements when foreigners act inappropriately. 

 

I reckon it's got nothing to do with substances, it's mental illness. 

 

So many foreigners coming to Pattaya are crackers, loonies. 

 

City Hall needs to invest in a padded truck, fitted with straight jackets 

Moral of the story: never try directing traffic naked - drivers will get confused about which direction you're trying to point to. 

Meth and alcohol is a dangerous combination.
