That's the modus operandi. Executive order first, then a whole bunch of appeals / emergency docket SCOTUS procedural orders. Then, even if the Exec Order is found to be illegal/unconstitutional, it remains in effect until a Court decides that it is, but too late to put that toothpaste back in the tube.

 

The first 3 Supreme Court 'merit' cases will be starting soon including the IEEPA tariff issue and the firing of Fed Reserve member Cook 'for cause'.
