 That Laptop ended up being a gift  that never stops given ,Thanks to Ms. Divine  for writing that book,thanks to a young man  for forgetting  it  in the repair shop. And thanks to the 2 IRS whistleblowers who help expose the cover up.

During Trump's 1st term, 2 special Federal prosecutors and 1 Inspector General looked at such claims. I recall how Trump supporters were gloating about the coming convictions of alleged members of the Deep State. John Durham, who was the 2nd special prosecutor publicly criticized the Inspector General's report in which he said that he could find no evidence of Justice Dept officials conspiring against Trump. And how did his 3+ year investigation turn out?

Obviously you studied neither law nor the US Constitution.

 

The Constitution, of which you are apparently ignorant, starts out with something called the 1st Amendment, in which the rights of free speech, a free press, freedom of/from religion and freedom of assembly are laid down.

 

When "Hunter's laptop" became a cause celebre, a number of individuals stated their OPINION that it was likely a Russian influence operation. Like even you, private citizens are entitled to have, and express, their opinions. That is a right guaranteed by the 1st Amendment.

 

Here's another example of free speech:

 

"They're eating the pets!".

 

That was Trump's stated view during the debate with Harris.  It was wrong, but Trump is entitled to have that opinion, just as he is of the view that he stopped the Rwandan genocide in 1994.

 

If private citizens---like Brennan---are not allowed to state an opinion, then the 1st Amendment no longer exists. I'm sure you would like that, but real American patriots would not.

 

Do yourself a favor and go study the US Constitution. You really need a remedial lesson in American ideals and reality.
