Have a pal living there, too cold to go out for 6 months and then too scared of being mugged to go out the other 6 months. Canadian big cities are pretty scary with all the druggies and  immigrants out with their machetes ........ same as the rest of the western cities these days.

And as the months go on it will weaken more. Time marches on and what comes after the inevitable is unkown, and wont be speculated on here. But $70 Billion dollars isnt chump change.
