What is the Best and cheapest place for Cialis / Tadalafil in Thailand ?  

Place is not the issue, it is brand. Cialis brand, if genuine, will be more costly since it is an import.

 

There is a locally made generic now on   market called Casey 5. it is 5mg does only so for ED would take usually 2 tabs. 

 

Try a large Thai pharmacy that stocks generics. Or https://medisafepharma.com/

Use the messenger function to inquire. 

I use Xegra. The wife buys it from our local pharmacy for 400 Baht for 4 tablets. No prescription.

Then I bought a huge bag of empty gelcaps and a cheap 0.001gm scale from Alibaba. Works like a charm and waaaaaaaaay cheaper then buying pills.

 

I don't recommend anyone do this because there are a number of risks when buying something like this. So don't do it, mmm-kaay?

Not the same as Tadalafil mentioned in the op

Many guys buy Apcalis from street sellers, they say this is genuine and comes from a large Indian company. There was an issue with packaging so it's been changed. about 300 baht a box of 4x20mg, I've seen people say they buy 7 boxes for 1000. New packaging below, but i would go for Casey 5 mentioned above if you can find it

I would never buy medicine from a street seller. 

Apcalis, however,  is available from real pharmacies in the tourist areas like lower Sukhumvit or Silom. Pharmacies outside these areas don't have it.

 

As for Casey, try to buy it in February, the biggest pharmacies might have it by then.

Although i don't need it...yet....i messaged Medicare pharmacy about Casey 5, they quoted 3,990 baht 30 tablets, i say rip off, no wonder people go to alternative sources

In this case Talafil manufactured by Millimed is the best option. 30 tablets around 1.800 Baht or so in certain pharmacies.

Addition to this previous remark: Even original Cialis would be cheaper than the quoted price by Medicare. There must be something wrong here.

Maybe someone else try Medicare or another pharmacy, their email responses seem strange when it comes to Cialis etc 

Be careful buying Cialis online or street vendor. I once ordered from an online pharmacy in Pattaya which was much cheaper than a regular pharmacy her in Chiang Mai. I had seen an article fro the Australian Therapeutic Drugs and it described details of fake Cialis. When my parcel arrived details matched so I returned them.

Good to hear, I'm wondering at what age it goes downhill, although if fit and healthy it must be a mental thing for many.

Yeah that's right. I didn't want to ship it to my home country in Europe, where actually this generic brand is illegal. Also it might get confiscated by customs so I prefer to bring it back myself. Anyway, €13 for a month's supply is peanuts for me (Teva brand costs me €38 from my local pharmacy 😖)
