Andrew Pleads " Dont make me a Commoner"

A royal rift unveiled! King Charles reportedly regrets his stern actions against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Stripped of titles and facing humiliations, Andrew's plea not to be reduced to a "commoner" reportedly tugged at the King's heartstrings.

Behind the scenes, Andrew's privileges crumbled—Royal Lodge staff gone, food deliveries halted, and a Windsor ban until relocation. Yet, Ephraim Hardcastle suggests Charles is softening, calling Andrew often and restoring some access to royal staff and stables.

Despite this, Andrew remains excluded from Sandringham’s Christmas celebrations. October saw further stripping of his titles, linked to his connections with Jeffrey Epstein. Allegations by Virginia Giuffre of assault, which Andrew denies, fueled his step back from royal duties in 2019.

Andrew's royal and military roles were axed in 2022, severing his formal ties with the monarchy. The King's latest moves hint at reconciliation, but the path remains fraught with public scrutiny and unresolved tensions.

Key Takeaways

  • King Charles reconsiders harsh actions against Andrew.
  • Andrew's royal ties severed over Epstein connection.
  • Charles attempts gentle reconciliation amid ongoing tension.

Charles is proving to be a weak leader. I can see why the Queen stayed until the very end.

I am confident William will be much more suitable for the role. At least Charles has set the precedent to allow William to strip Harry and the failed actress, valley girl wife of their titles when he becomes King.

He's still providing everything he needs.

He doesn't "need" this.

Besides, Charle's role is to protect the Monarchy, not his man-child brother who is already worth millions.

Even as a commoner, Andrew would still be in line to the throne through blood.

It just needs a series of plane crashes...

Just one incident at a family gathering could make Andrew or Harry king.

17 is hardly young, and where was the abuse?

If she was under 14, I'd agree with you.

But only AFTER he was convicted and jailed by a court of law.

But even then, as my brother, I'd support him with housing and expenses.

Not if she’s being paid to be “Banged”

FWIW I think you Guys have the Law right on this and it is IMO, hard to define Giuffre as a Prostitute - at 17 - it was 'up to her'.

We only have that balcony picture as a guide, but I have always thought that Giuffre looked quite happy standing there, with Andrew's arm around her.

She was a 'good time' girl' and it is my guess she was enjoying the lifestyle - yes money involved indirectly, but arguable whether that was 'prostitution'. IMO it was not.

I think Andrew is far more vulnerable to possible new grounds emerging from the Epstein files. However, on current grounds, he has taken enough and has already paid a massive price.

Far worse may be around the corner, but until then, we should let him alone maybe?

Charles is sentimental. This often happens with people who face serious illness. They often become more empathetic and sensitive to the pain of others..

Never before thought of being a commoner by way of a sentencing . . .

It's touching how you kept supporting your ex and the gardener who fertilized more than the lawn.

It's not my fault you need to send your woman out to work minimum wage.

He is a pensioner now. 65 years old and a RN vet. He can  head on down to the legion and have a pint with other veterans.

Seems to me, the RN offered him structure, and discipline that kept him in line. Biggest mistake was in his leaving service.

Please dont make me a commoner LOL. Like a bunch of inbred German princelings are better than the rest of us.

As Ian Dury wrote

Luva duck he's as common as muck

Or car crashes in tunnels.

Oh, he won't be doing anything so drastic.

Sadly there can be no evidence and no conviction because dead women tell no tales.

From the various reports of people who worked for him, character wise he was always as common as muck

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Is now a Pleb.

Excellent.

Common is as common does.

The only disgrace is being caught.... Actions have consequences and his actions had consequences.
If only he'd come to Pattaya and found lady boys then I wouldn't have a tear in my glass eye

The age of consent in Australia is 16 years old, I could never understand what the fuss was about

Why is he getting access to stables. I thought he was into young girls only. The plot thickens.
