What 'extraordinary ability' or 'sustained acclaim' did Melania have at that time to qualify for an Einstein visa? And, no, model, party girl, stripper, and escort don't cut it.

Your loaded terms ("party girl, stripper, escort") are unsubstantiated gossip/garbage with zero evidence—pushed by anti-Trump critics but never proven in court or investigations.

She was a professional model from Slovenia who legally entered on a visitor visa in 1996, switched to H-1B work visas, and built a legitimate career. Dismissing modeling as invalid ignores USCIS rules: It's explicitly under "arts," and her acclaim was real, not "grifted." Modeling qualifies if you demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim through evidence like media coverage, high earnings, and commercial successes.

In short: Melania qualified on merit through her modeling successes—no fraud, no shortcuts.

This is fact, not opinion—USCIS approved it, and no one's revoked it in 25 years despite robust scrutiny!whistling

That's a completely stupid theory.

He won the election.

Why would he waste time and energy doing that?
It's because they have sanctuary policies + mobs of paid agitators to protect the graft going on there.

And it's the LOSER (ie Tim Walz) that has more to gain by creating chaos.

And again, I am hoping they take this guy down.

There’s a very good reason for Trump to send ICE into a Democrat state to violently intimidate and suppress decent.

It provides the performative mendacity his supporters, foreign and domestic, thrive on while deflecting from his real problem, how to deflect from his overt protection of pedophiles.

None of you can ever define fascism. You're like those old toys where you pull the string and canned phrases come out.

Getting a definition of fascism is an easy as doing a simple internet search.

Don’t blush:

“Fascism is an authoritarian, ultranationalist ideology marked by a dictatorial leader, suppression of opposition, extreme militarism, and control over society and economy, emphasizing national unity, purity, and strength through state power, propaganda, and scapegoating minorities, while rejecting democracy, liberalism, and individualism for the supposed greater good of the nation

. Key traits include intense nationalism, glorification of violence, a cult of a leader, controlled media, corporate protection, and disdain for human rights and intellectualism.”

To clear, not entirely, but it does describe several key points of alignment and it must be noted that no fascist dictator started with fascism on day one.

They all followed a trajectory in which the points above are steps that together define fascism.

Trump is on that trajectory.

Texas has the second highest number of illegal immigrants. Why is ICE not invading it?

ICE is very active in Texas — in fact, Texas has seen among the highest levels of ICE arrests and enforcement in the country under the current Trump administration.

In contrast, states like California see more high-profile resistance (e.g., protests, limited local cooperation), leading to flashier "invasions" in media, while Texas' pro-enforcement stance enables steady, high-volume arrests without as much public spectacle. ICE isn't avoiding Texas — it's leveraging it heavily as a partner state with a huge undocumented population. The focus is on volume and efficiency where support exists, not just population size. Data shows Texas and Florida often outpace California in total arrests per capita or raw numbers in 2025–2026 enforcement surges.

Hilarious! Yes, modeling is a career. It does not propel one to a genius visa, however, especially when there was, in her case, no 'acclaim'. Grifter. To wit:

  • Melania's Qualifications: At the time, she had European runway experience, a GQ cover, and Sports Illustrated swimsuit features, but lacked widespread international fame or major awards, leading to questions about her qualification.

Why don't you tell that too the Governor of MN and the mayor of Mpls, they are the ones that got the people all wound up. By the way I am from MN.

Governor and the mayor are fulfilling thier primary responsibility to ensure public safety speaking out against a campaign of organized the brutality against the people of MN. This is sharp contrast to Trump's bootlicker Greg Abbott who refused to speak out for his people who protested in Houston and San Antonio against ICE's brutality. He even encourage ICE to come on hard on the people. He is a disgrace.

I have no problem with ice rounding up illegal immigrants in the US. It's the way that they're hassling protesters and American citizens that is utterly deplorable behavior. ICE have devolved into a domestic terrorist organization.

Would there be protests and riots if someone was in Thailand illegally and immigration arrested them...I think not.

Well there certainly might be protests in Thailand if immigration started shooting foreigners in the head at point blank range In cold blood.

It's pretty amusing that you think that people who disagree with Trump's policies must be paid to go out and protest, That's a juvenile meme if I ever saw one.

BS, they are both inciting these people to get out their and disrupt ICE operations, if they just let them do their job, there would not be the issues they are having now. Both Frey and Walz were complicit in the scamming of billions of dollars of taxpayers and that is part of the reason ICE got involved, have to get the illegals out. Omar is part of the issue also, how in a few years did she go from a net worth of about $65,000 dollars to a reported 30 million. any brutality is just been brought on by the "mostly peaceful protestors''. Just like when these same type of protesters burned looted and destroyed hundreds of business's in the Twin Cities.

many of them are being subsidized to protest. Thailand doesn't have the issues that the US is dealing with. Just more of your anti Trump rhetoric.

You are obviously TOTALLY ignorant of WWII history, and the tactics that the Nazis used to come into power. Trump, Stephen Miller, Project 25 are following the exact same playbook. Read your history. Just one question for Mr. 'Don't Worry your Pretty Little Heads' over what ICE is doing in MN and elsewhere in the country. What do you imagine will become of this 20,000 right wing para-military army once the immigration issues start to die down? Do you think, perhaps, they could be used in a coup attempt? You better wake up, Eliza.

Well thank heaven the Brits are aiding their illegal immigrant Muslim brothers in the UK to avoid persecution and deportation!! I know everyone is much happier with the friendly interaction between communities. You're probably not aware, but ICE is after illegals, not American citizens. The commies and dupes are interfering, and reaping the result.

They are. Have you ever been in North MPLS or South MPLS? Non residents do not go in that area. Twenty years ago it was bad. Ten years ago Asians moved in and it got better for a while. But they are hard working people. They were harassed so they had to move.

ICE doesn't have the balls to go after the real illegal alien criminals, so like the cowards that they are they go after the low hanging fruit and hang around shopping malls and car washes and such, and stop and harass everyone who looks foreign. And the tiniest of infractions, committed 15 years or even longer ago, is enough to get you deported. What a great country!!

I just heard that 10,000 illegals have been arrested in Minneapolis alone, and detained for deportation. I voted for this. Violent illegal aliens, anywhere in the US, should not be allowed to terrorize Americans... and that goes for Christian churches as well.

Modeling absolutely propels people to EB-1 if evidenced properly—it's happened before and after her. Melania's portfolio met the bar per experts; dismissing it as "no acclaim" is cherry-picking to fit a "grifter" narrative, not the facts of how the visa works.

USCIS approved it legitimately, and 25 years later, it's still valid. The real "hilarious" part is pretending this elite category is only for Einsteins when the rules and real approvals say otherwise.

Her Specific Evidence of "Acclaim" in 2000 (When She Petitioned)From reliable reporting (NYT, BBC, CBS, Washington Post, and expert analyses):

  • British GQ cover (January 2000): High-profile international publication, often cited as strong "published material" evidence.

  • Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue feature (2000): Globally recognized platform for models.

  • Other major magazine appearances: Features in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Ocean Drive, Avenue, In Style—demonstrating sustained media coverage.

  • Times Square billboard for Camel cigarettes: Major commercial success and public display of work.

  • Runway work and agency representation: European experience (Milan, Paris) plus NYC agencies (e.g., Metropolitan, ID Models), plus likely high earnings relative to peers and expert reference letters (common in successful petitions, per lawyers).

  • These hit multiple criteria: media about her, commercial successes in arts/performing arts (modeling counts), high remuneration, and possibly leading/distinguished roles.

Her lawyer (Michael Wildes) defended it as "solidly eligible," and no USCIS revocation or fraud finding ever occurred despite 2016-2018 scrutiny.

Thanks. That all looks really thin; about what any lower to middle-tier model would have at that point in a career. Certainly does not rise to 'genius' status by any means. I'll stick with the general consensus of the citation I posted.

Whats all the fuss about.

The left wants millions of unvetted foreign nationals to remain in country.

The right wants millions of them to go back to their country, many came in illegally, 600k had criminal records, thousands of foreign nationals are in jails, in far left controlled states,Immigration & Customs Enforcement want these criminals to deport.

Every administration in the past arrest and deport illegals. It is the extrajudicial actions and going beyond their legal authority and terrorizing the community that the majority of Americans disapproved. The killing of Renee Good and the deaths at detention centers are creating the distrust of ICE's methods and the people rightfully protest.

18% of ICE are Latinos. And probably most of the illegals are from Latin America.
