Best of luck MiG, I'm sure you'll do just fine. I've never been to Oz but I've heard lots of good things about the place and just about all the Aussies I've met have been real good people. Well apart from taking the p1ss out of us Poms, but that's a national pastime.

Just got it, sorry to hear that, I was probably only a stones throw away at the time.

A little adversity never really hurts anyone and it might give you valuable insight into the dregs of human society and what they can achieve, really sorry to hear that some personal effects were stolen, they can't be replaced.

at the moment in Kirribilli ...for those that dont know Sydney..its just across on the north shore of harbour bridge. so hoping for some view of the new year's eve fireworks in a few hours.

You are correct but John retired and has moved out - place too big what with the lawns and all, kids finally got jobs so instead of converting the second bedroom into a TV and games room he and the missus have moved into a smaller house nearby. I have lost his number but if Mig pops over to the front gate and mentions she knows kuhn Taksin who is a mutual friend they will have the forwarding details. Either that or she can hang around the park and wait until John goes for his daily power walk. He could probably be found hanging around the Australian Cricket Team Clubroom with his autograph book in hand hoping one of the players will sign if for him.
