I said that they should know how dangerous that was and should change it to a 40 for free but they refused and said it will be 2000 baht but could be done by another company for 800 baht . I was looking at buying a Pajero from them but told them forget it as the Customer service was not good . They said sorry sir and 3 of them stood in a line and waved me good bye as I drove off - lost a 1.5 million baht sale for the sake of maybe 1000 baht to them .

Thailand with the most road deaths in the world, but as there is no law against it, this person representing Mitzu thinks it’s OK. Sorry, most Thai customers know exactly what they are doing but don’t care either. I think the responsibility was down to your G/F.

Common sense here, is treated like a super-power.

Best of luck in your endeavors. I got nowhere with the same problem with Ford. They also said the elements in the heated screen may not work, if the film is removed. I ended up driving at night with the side windows open.
