Blasts From The Past.......Whatever Happened To?

Featured Replies

I see Tuky posting on the General Forum today, and on my travels through the older topics I see contributions from members who at one time were very active on TV.

Which member from the past do you miss most and why? what happened to them?

Obviously some were banned but I'm more interested in the members that just stopped posting, such as MacB, who ran the "Do You Live In A Thai Village Full Time Thread". That thread was active for ages and well received, it must have played some part in his life for a while.........whatever happened to him??

So who do you miss?, why do you miss them? and what happened to them?

Aren't you glad she did ?

Moonrakers. One of the few on TVF who seem to possess any sense of humour.

ah...there are many...I've been around since 2003 and there have been many memorable posters over the years...even 'ol Boon Mee who many people hated as he was a right wing curmudgeon but he had a good heart...

And also a set of principles. Unlike some we could mention. wink.png

But won't obviously. tongue.png

I miss Emperor Tud.....his musings were often hilarious.

No mate. Unfortunately he has chosen to cease posting. I can understand his reasons only too clearly.

An excellent member and poster...witty...and blindingly good taste in music.

A round of applause for that one. coffee1.gif

Back in early days there many interesting characters around. Many no longer post , been banned or unfortunately have passed away.

I see BambinA posting in the General forum, I've not been a member that long but I know she is legendary, great stuff!!

Did he die?

Would be rather ironic after some of the writings about working hard so as being able to retire comfortably.

Taxexile, always helpful, occasionally hilarious. Suegha the king of Bedlam, and one of the nicest guys here. Kat, a lady who took no crap.

A few others I miss seeing here but I know where they are, they just don't post anymore.

Hadn't seen Francois for years but he suddenly posted a week or so ago, that was a nice surprise.

Yes some of those old Bedlam stalwarts are sadly missed. A pity that we don't see much of raro in the asylum these days either - too busy with all those extra buttons, I suppose...

I think raro may still be playing with his cock ring and doing Kraftwerk impressions.

I want to apologise to my fellow Bedlamites for the last sentence of the above post.

Its not in keeping with the spirit of this Forum and I would like you to disregard the comment. It, and comments such as that do not belong here.

Sorry. folks. wai.gif

Meanwhile....where is Neverdie?? Get back here and challenge theblether to a "like" fest!! laugh.png

Moi???.......a Like fest???.....I am innocent in such matters coffee1.gif

I reckon Neverdie would give ya a run for ya money! biggrin.png

Anyone miss the Good Doctor?

I do wonder what happened to him...

I won't bring up "he who shall not be mentioned" (real oldies will choose not to remember him).

How about the OFCS members? any of them still around? Bloncs and the likes.

Dr_pat_pong you mean? Was suddenly stripped of his admin status one day, now his user's inactive so I think it's safe to assume he left "under a cloud" so to speak...

He was both mad and bad....but quite entertaining with it!

someone called?

The corn trail worked then, but to keep him here we need beer and sausages. ;)

No. Smoking my sausage thanks very much Thaddeus....but you might find a willing volunteer or two.

I'm always willing to chip in with beer and my home made onion gravy however. Graaaavy....gimme the lumpy bits every time.

I have been here only 3 yrs, i miss " tod daniels " humour and irony. Plenty of other humorous posters though, they often lighten up my mood on a rainy day.. Ahh what is life without a bit of humour..
