Perhaps, Chalerm could turn himself into Police for consorting with a convicted criminal!!

I think you'll find that isn't an offence.

Chalerm, the poster boy for all that is wrong with this government and the country in general.

I totally agree. Someone needs to put this oxygen thief out of Thailand's misery. I wish his Daddy would let him stay in Dubai with him.

'As for Thirayuth Boonmee, a Thammasat lecturer, who voiced support for people’s revolution to effect national reform, Chalerm said he had lost respect for the lecturer whom he used to be familiar with.'

i'm sure he's gutted to hear that.

There is a fine article in the the newspaper that Thaivisa Sheers, just wondering if the author is sacked already:

http://www.nationmultimedia.com/politics/A-letter-to-the-well-heeled-protesters-of- Bangkok-30221768.html

fine article?cos you agree with the hack pravit.this is old news ,this "well heeled" hack has shown how out of touch he is with thais in and outside of bangkok, but I'm sure the alcoholic minister thinks he's a wonderful journo Edited by kingalfred

He was not at the front of the objectioners when his son got off the hook. Hypocrisy rules. As an ex policeman it seems strange that just a few weeks ago he was wining and dining with them and ending up a few sheets to the wind. 'I'm not playing with you anymore'.giggle.gif

If ever proof how crazy many thais are this is a living example. And I'm referring to the folk who elect hypocrites and liars such as this guy knowing full well what he and others are .

Chalerm wasn't elected. He is a party list MP because Mr T owes him.

What about arresting Thaksin....coffee1.gif.pagespeed.ce.Ymlsr09gMJ.gif

Who?

Do really think just anybody can arrest him when he is not here.

Only a law enforcement officer in the country he is in could do that after an arrest warrant was issued by that country.

The dem government spent millions of baht chasing him. They begged numerous countries to arrest him and all said no. Even Interpol said no.

Really, please share some details.

I'm sure it's that familiarity with Chalerm that bred contempt of the current government in the lecturer. To know him is to despise him, except for those of a similar nature.

Wil his own execution be a public one i wonder .

Could it be that he has seen the writing on the wall and realize his goal to bring Big Brother back by this years end will not happen? Could this be where he is saved from self emulation by his friends in the BIB, we must remember is is one of them? Will he keep his word? He is a Captain in the Police and they always keep their word. coffee1.gif

Politicians are pretty much the same the world over, it is just some are better at covering up their dirty deeds than others.

Chalerm has a valid point. Do you really think Suthep would still be free man in the United States or United Kingdom? Extremely unlikely. The man is dangerous megalomaniac and needs to be taken off the street as soon as possible.

To ask you the same question. Do you think a corrupt and incompetant government like the PTP would still be around in the United States or United Kingdom. Extremely unlikely. They would have been impeached and probably faced charges long ago.

No different that the Democrat Party in the US. If you don't want to be the focal point, and have to answer uncomfortable questions, deflect attention to the other guys. It is pretty easy to get the press to change directions and forget the original reason for the issues. Politicians and their spinners at work.

You're comparing the US government to the Thai government? Seriously? Have you been watching the circus over the last month or so...?

A cleansing of the political structure which the opposition parties (who consistently lose elections, because the majority of the public do not like them) do not like. Right? So once he has "cleansed" it, he (Mr Suthep) calls an election. Really? Mr Suthep is a megalomaniac who believes he can impose his will on the majority of people of Thailand. Calling on his supporters to harm the Shinawatra family is, as was said on television last night, taking the protest a step too far and one which is unacceptable to any good, honest Thai. Infact the English speaking political commentator called it an act of terrorisism. Can you imagine the leader of a political demonstration, calling for the ousting of a government in the United States or United Kingdom, giving a dead line for the ELECTED leader to resign and when that dead line passes, threatens the family of the leader with harm and still being a free man? This is the man who will select the council to govern Thailand.

If, and I think it is a very big "if" Mr Suthep succeeds, then the inevitable consequence will be Red Shirt demonstrations in Bangkok, which are likely to make the current demonstrations look like a tea party. I wonder then, whether the appointed council will show the same restraint when dealing with the demonstrators making demands for their removal.

Yingluck Government was far from perfect but at least it was democratically elected.

I doubt that Chalerm could find a following if he supplied free booze, a pig roast, and naughty girls. Those that did show would probably be the first target of the police for arrest. Chalerm and his boss Thaksin are just two of the outstanding examples as to the danger to society, of ex policemen in government positions.

The real sad part is that several of his and Thaksin's family are sucking a living out of the public coffers, while having virtually no redeeming qualities to even justify their leaving the house of a morning.

Gee I wonder if he does show up he will favor us with self immolation as well. Oh wait, his head is coming off in a few days.. That would be counter productive.

How sad and ineffectual this government is. A cabinet minister can't get the police to arrest a supposed criminal that even he has to threaten to stage a protest!

PTP forever! clap2.gif
