Russian Bag Snatch leads to arrest of two Pattaya High School students



PATTAYA: -- On Thursday Night Pattaya Police arrested two boys aged 15 and 17 accused of a bag snatch involving a Russian Tourist in North Pattaya.

Police were called to the North Pattaya Road in front of Pattaya City Hall to assist Miss Tatiana Zotova aged 28 who explained how she had just left her Hotel with her Russian Boyfriend when the two suspects came up beside her on a motorbike and snatched her bag, which contained some money, an Iphone, ATM cards and other personal documents.

The 15 year old boy was detained at the scene and Police were able to arrest the 17 year old at his family home in Naklua an hour later.

The hilarious "tea money" and "pointing" comments really have officially entered dead-horse territory.

Maybe they were on some sort of "work experience" school program?

Glad they were caught so quickly but wont even get a slap on the wrist.

I have to say that they are living a very dangerous life commiting crimes againsed Russians in Pattaya...And it is better for them to be caught by the BIB than someone else..

Ahhh !

The advantages of a High School Education

Juvies would not get any time in most Countries I visit.

What will they 'learn' from this though ?. Glad they were caught .
