" Mr Natthawut who is also caretaker deputy commerce minister, said that the “hunt” against the ministers in order to force their resignation amounted to an intimidation and a violation of individual’s right to freedom of movements. He said he would ask the Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order to appeal to the court to revoke the bail of PDRC core members, citing their “hunt” of the ministers which, he said, might lead to violence or unnecessarily put the safety of the ministers at risk. "

It's a good thing that irony isn't lethal to the UDD, because Natthwaut " Burn them, burn them all " Saikua hasn't the slightest idea how good at irony he is. Of all people, to be talking about bail conditions, and of all people to be talking about intimidation. Nattawut is one of the 26 men who are all that is left of the Pheu Thai " administration ", a group of men who are reputedly to be terribly important and vital to the country. And we can see how terribly valuable and vital Nuttawut is, can't we ? A " group of businessmen " just happening to hand over 5 million baht to Nattawut ?

Yeah, right.

In 2009 he was instigating Red Shirts to kidnap Abhisit in Pattaya and "do whatever you like to him". they only got the driver, or secretary I forgot, dragged him out of his car and beat him up.

Wounder who is putting up the money?

My guess:

 • Bangkok Taxi Mafia
 • Pattaya Bhat Bus Co-operative
 • Phuket Tuk Tuk Drivers Association
 • Jetski rip off, Thailand
 • Shin Corp

Here's mine: Colonel Sanders or his immediate family.

Nattawut is not too bright,, doesn't he know Suthep can collect 5 million baht from Thai citizens in just a day's walkabout through Silom?

And what would he do with that 5 Million baht that the minions loyal followers gave to him in good faith to fight the good fight? Pay people not to arrest him?

I'm not quite sure I follow the logic of your post. Is there any?

Well that's one way of putting it but a more Thai way of saying it is, he's just passing it up the patronage system.

The mad comment referred to private citizen offering a reward for the arrest of someone who has warrants out for him, his location known and the police not doing their job. It is a crazy concept. Cold you imagine what would happen if a group of Aussies took over govt house in Canberra because they didn't like the govt. Then the police not arresting them due to army pressure.

Whereas I agree it was disgusting cheering the murder of those in Trat, Don't forget that the PDRC all cheered the speech where suthep told the crowd how the reds ran into bullets resulting in many more deaths

Could be a rough week this week for your boys in Melb

No it won't..It is a bye?

As with Mandela who was arrested after over 100 terrorist charges Suthep will be arrested too.

As with Mandela, unless you are a time traveller, I suggest we let history judge the Suthep.

If you are a time traveller feel free to tell me how Suthep is judged in 40 years as well as the winner of the next Melbourne Cup.

If not then join the ranks of bluenosecodger who tried and failed to predict the future.

The bye is under rated as an opponent, We did not get the 4 points and lost Gibbo for most of the season

Don't you think comparing Suthep to Mandela is a bit of a stretch. One wanted to free his people from oppression and have equal rights for all. The other wants to maintain the rich of societies right to rule and have votes of those he does not approve of worth 1/10th of those he does. One supported a full and even democracy whereas the other wants full dictatorship rule for himself

I have no idea of the future either so don't be so touchy.

I won't go further as last time I delved into this it was deemed off topic..Rest assured though that Mandela has 103 more terrorist charges against his name than Suthep does yet Mandela is considered a hero. Give it 40 years Suthep may well have a statue of himself in CHaiong Mai as well.

If you disagree then you are a time traveller.

History will judge him……..and NO, that judge cannot be impeached or demonized.

Yah, Yah, Yah, great. Now can you please pass the pipe.

But..but; where are Chalerm's feared Paratroopers who were going to do it for normal pay ?

The little old ladies chased them away when they tried to arrest the foreigner.

What a freaking farce...pay someone to do the police's work. Well done! Let the mayhem begin continue.

As far as I remember, the PDRC was offering a while ago also 5 million baht to the courts to disqualify the PM.

Same BS, other persons.

Did you made the same post at that time, Mr. Cuicine?

Where were these Thai "businessmen" for the past six (6) months. They were waiting on the sidelines to see which way the wind was blowing. They should be ashamed of themselves not stepping forward earlier to publicly endorse Suthep's arrest and to help their nation and economy close the protests. Now they offer "money" to who? Police? Another travesty. Offering a cash reward to police whose job it is is to enforce law not bounty hunt. This is a great example of the Thai "payoff" system. The Thai buy your way out mentality. How can they ever change for the benefit of the Thai people?

As Thai wife says...''Don't expect anything in my country to change soon unless you want to pay for it. Thai people too selfish to change to help country; only want to help themselves, blind to all else ''.

Smart woman; that's why I married her.

How much is the reward for capturing Thaksin, alive or dead?

He is the convicted criminal and is the major reason for this unrest.

To be fair, they should issue the same offer for Thaksin.

I went in Chiang Rai police station to talk to top banana there about a Thai woman who had stolen from me. There was already an arrest warrant for her. He was at his desk watching a big TV perched a meter from his face. He was watching TELETUBIES. He didn't look at me, but I offered Bt.5,000 to him to apprehend the woman. He said it wasn't enough. He said he knew the address she had run to, in Korat. How much more could I offer? In walked out.

More on topic: This reward offer has as much substance as the beetle I saw yesterday, which had its guts eaten by ants.

Don't suit the agenda, some agenda driven publicans will set up a reward for the capture of "Mandela of the East"

This days 500 thousand. Needs another 0.

Sounds a bit like the wild west and after seeing Jatuporns last "costume" in a previous OP I can see the fit here.

What next? "Wanted Posters" on street corners with Suthep's face on it? Oh hang onSee below..

A principle of democracy is rule of law and the reds, yet again, will dismiss that principle to allow mob rule to prevail.

I can imagine tumbleweed blowing down Democracy Monument at the crack of dawn tomorrow.

BTW

Godwin's law applies here as well...

I have lost count how many times it has been said. After the early confrontations between the police and the protestors, the General issued a warning to the police telling them to stop confronting the peaceful demonstrations, effectively tying their hands. You tell me how the police can do their job under these circumstances?

Hey, CAPO, how about a five million Baht reward for finding the guy who fired the M79 that killed three and injured 22 at the Democracy Monument? Or for anyone launching M79 grenades. Or for the perpetrators of the killing of children. Get your focus off Thaksin's priorities and focus on protecting citizens from terrorists and that includes the under-served citizens of the deep South.

5 million for "anyone launching M79 grenades".

Hmm...I foresee a potential M79 scam there.

The air for the Yellow leaders getting thinner by hour.

Even in the South i see that most shops switch off bluesky TV Channel.

Few month ago the shop owners watched it for nearly 24 hours. Not anymore. Time changing!

How about starting a fund for carting off all the yellow loons on here to the IDC. There again monkey house food is too good to replace all the BS they spout.

And your ability to not rebut a single point of anyone that support 15 principles of democracy or defend the 1 principle of democracy supporters in anyway, yet demonize the 15 principle supporters that feel they are defending something you don't agree with highlights why the inarticulate use violence to defend the PTP.

Well done for inadvertently backing up my argument that the red shirts are inarticulate, uneducated simple folk...

Education allows democracy to flourish. Your comments don't.

I don't think you would know true Democracy if it hit you in the a$$.
