This is a mixed up report... very bad media produce.

Who were actually accused and charged with terrorism?

None of the leaders actually committed a terrorist act, even though Tarit tried to get them on terrorism, didn't the criminal court disagree and refused the warrants?

At worst it was classed as sedition.

Also the figures all seem mixed up, a very confusing report that I will have to rely on the BP for a better version.... as usual.

Also, why has Tarit and Adul as well as the Attorney Gen all been retained? They are all mates with Thaksin, I thought this was a purge of the Thaksin regime?... Surely to get rid of cancer. you have to cut out every last cell.

I am sort of expecting it to have already been arranged that all will receive 2 years suspended sentences. That's how it works here.

I see the UDD mob are not being released yet..... good.

I just love this.

They can go commit more crime, knowing that they won't need to pay more bail money.

Mixed up report - anything new for the Nation - seems fairly normal to me.

Another one who posts without first attempting to find out whats been going on.

Adul and Tarit have been replaced and assigned to army HQ (so called 'inactive post), in other words they have been sacked and put where they can be kept an eye on.

As have 8 other top ranked police including the one who had Thaksins picture on his wall pinning his badge of rank in him.

The AC's office had its budget cut along with the NAAC and the other checks and balances organisations.

Yingluck has repeatedly refused to answer the AG as to why an illegal passport was issued to her big brother, somehow doubt that makes the AG a supporter of PT.

Don't forget the red leaders who are also out on bail for much more realistic charges relating to 2010 so no double standards there.

100,000 THB on insurrection charges, the mind boggles, they all know that they will not see 1 day inside a prison cell, this is all just to try and make people think that something is being done. Oh well, how could you expect any more.

Just bogus charges by Tarit on the orders of TS to annoy PDRC

I personally know a farmer who stabbed in self defence ( so claimed ).

The 'victim' was out of hospital in a week, and I can verify that.

The bail set is 500,000 baht and unachievable.

Theres laws for the rich , and theres laws...

I think that Khun Suthep and the other Anti-Demonstration leaders should get a metal for sticking their necks out and peacefully leading demonstrations for six month, even so fellow demonstrators kept getting attacked, injured and killed.

If it was not for Khun Suthep and all the faithful demonstrators out there, Thaksin would be back with full Amnesty and the would continue raping the Country. wai2.gif

Correct, without Suthep et al, the camel herder would have ended up with all charges dropped and forgotten, however I doubt if he has the necessary b_alls to ever step foot back on Thai soil in the near future - too many big guns pointing in his direction.

That's too bad. 100,000 baht is a drop in the bucket to these guys.

I knew they would let that man go Bob. He's not about to leave the country, he's just starting to enjoy the show after all the hard work he put in. Bail is just window dressing.smile.png

If you're going to post, get your facts right. The Attorney General has never been involved in the matter of Thaksins passport renewal (actually a reverse of a revocation order issued by the dems). The matter was between Yingluck and the Ombudsman and that's it.

The rest of your post is partisan and pointless.
