retsdon Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I feel for families. Hope they found peace one day. Ive lost meny friends for bikes and normal deaths 2. Yet never i have blamed place where they been at time. People die and get robbed everyday everywhere at world. Im pretty shure Koh tao aint top of that list . Thats all ive tryed to say. Quess thats hard to understand. 'All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.' Nobody asks to be cast into the role of 'good men'. Mostly, it's a rotten hand to be dealt. But sometimes, that's just how the cards fall. You either step up or your world, and your children's world, takes a step back into the darkness. It might be unfair, but that's just how it works. 2

There but for the Grace of God, quite honestly. Not comparable with raping someone, smacking their head in, and then re-positioning the corpse to humiliate their memory. 2

Popular Post KunMatt Posted November 21, 2014 Popular Post Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) Not really. Just wanted to see how far your hypocrisy would go, claiming to know the "truth" Obviously it is boundless. Of all people you are the last that should be able to be a judge on where the truth lies, you've been trying to sell the same fairy tale now since the beginning: "Once upon a time there were two drunk child-like small Burmese guys who, for no reason at all, miraculously overcame a fit young 6'3" British guy and a British girl without making a sound for anyone to hear, brutally killing the girl on the spot but for some reason only knocking out the man and dragging his big heavy body into the water to drown instead of brutally killing him on the beach in the same way. And all of the many local thugs and mafia who run the island, and were in no way involved, all lived happily ever after. The end." Edited November 21, 2014 by KunMatt 3

I also don't think I'm a detective or know the whole facts but I do have my own opinion and I am open to debate it, unlike you who is only here to push your one belief onto everyone and argue against anything or anyone which points out that you may be wrong. You haven't changed your script from the minute you started your defense of the case in spite of the many, many irregularities that have come up since you started. I've also said that I'm anti-conspiracy theorist. I've had plenty of arguments with conspiracy theorists over MH370 and he McCanns on this forum. The one pushing the conspiracy theory and cover up is you, and your methods of defending and arguing your case are pure conspiracy theorist in that they never ever admit to being wrong on any point, they never change their story or opinion from the outset despite what information comes to light that may prove them wrong and they hail anything that may confirm their theory and blatantly ignore anything that disproves it with a massive positive bias. You try to deflect this by calling everyone else a conspiracy theorist because you know that you are the conspiracy theorist on this case. 11

While I think that it falls on the judicial system, not some fantasies concocted on social media. you'll have faith that justice is done if the case 'falls on the judicial system' ? You got more faith than I. Hmmm, the same Thai justice system which... >>> Didn't acknowledge that Thaksin hid riches with his maid and chauffeur. >>> Allowed Chaleum's son to get away with murdering a cop, after the son hid out in Cambodia for several months. The murderer's excuse: "the policeman stepped on my shoe." >>> Allowed another rich man's son to get away with murdering a cop. I don't even know what the excuse was in that case (drunk and speeding), but it worked like a charm. Any excuse will work for Thai officials, if the suspect is rich and/or his daddy is very rich and politically powerful. Perhaps that's why cops aren't pursuing the men who should be prime suspects in this case. The suspects are connected to a rich and politically powerful man, and even the cops know any excuse will get suspects (connected to him) off. 2

Its way beyond the joke now, no flexibility, no debate nothing of value apart from his only fall back "conspiracy theory" or "I want a trial" You get more truth from the RTP and prosecutors than him. TV is a place to express opinion and debate topics and in this particular case the far more serious issues of a horrific double murder that has international outcry from Human rights groups and other countries and hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. Including the family of the victims. IGNORE THE TROLL 10

Well,i would think not many innocent suspects would hang around to get framed up either? but yes the point you add does explain why this scenario seems an easy way out. then of course bib can blame other outside interest groups in "meddling" in thai justice matters i did never beleive conspiracy theories at first but this case just stinks so much. seems there is a them and us mental thing with the rich thais. To much shame and shock for thai to prosecute these who they think are " better breeding" They will never let these influentials or one of their own suffer indignity of going to jail or worse 1
jdinasia Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 I think the Thai PM is going to have a 'word' with the Thai consulate in Los Angeles for officially inviting the owner of CSI LA to the party Or simply arrest him there. Yeah sure the US government will bow to the horribly skewed demands of a military junta because he runs a facebook page that is not illegal but merely something the junta doesn't like. Unless you can propose how the Thai authorities are going to swing that line then do give us the gist of what they'd be best to say Oops sorry, thought the event was at the consulate, and thus enjoyed extraterritoriality So, how would that work? They invite him to the consulate, put a bag on his head and smuggle him out of the country? Hilarious... OT, but think Julian Assange. 2 years + in the Ecuador embassy.
