For @mrbojangles and everyone else.

Who was the first non-British City player to win City's Player of the Year?

Eeh, one from my day,

Bert Trautmann in 1956, the first goalkeeper to do so.

Is there a film made or being made about BT? I recall reading about it somewhere, maybe on here.

Incorrect.. from what I can see the MCFC player of the year started in the 60s. Maybe Trautmann won a different award?

Either Uwe Rosler or Kinky. Can't remember off top of my head which was first

Nope... clue: We are basing nationality on the national team they played for.

Bolton would have been a force back then? Or was that pre-War?

They were a force in the 50s. Won the FA Cup in 58; take a guess who they beat.

Not sure... but if it was United I think we had a good reason for being under strength?

It was United and everyone except Bolton fans was willing them to win. The Bolton team cost £110; 11 x £10 for signing on as pros. All came through the youth teams and reserves. Our last major trophy.

One was made a couple of years ago. Called 'The Keeper'.

So With Republic of Ireland not counting as British, I'll guess at Mick McCarthy? Ow he didn't win it then Niall Quinn.

Name the oldest player to 'assist' a Premier League goal

I'm gonna go for David Silver. Or!! A goalkeeper with a long clearance.

I would have a go at either Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Henrik Larsson.

None of these lads.

What about Jaskelinen ? He was around for ages.

Jaaskelainen is correct. At 38 years 257 days for West Ham against Fulham.

That was a pure fluke on my part as I was just thinking of old Nordic players.

I will let somebody else set the next question.

WHU smashed Newcastle for 8 a few years back. What was unusual about the goal-scorers?

Remember Newcastle used three different keepers but nothing about the scorers.....Definitely one for Kadilo this one!
