Video: Hunt on for the Chiang Mai upskirt upstart.

Police are hunting a man aged about 30 who was caught on CCTV filming up a female student's skirt.

TNA reported that such behavior was a problem in Thai society. Men were using their phones to film female's private areas in places such as shops then even posting their videos online.

The female TV presenter said it was caused by people with mental problems.

The girl involved in this case, who studies in M3 (Year 10) in a Chiang Mai school, had been followed into three shops by the man before he got his opportunity while pretending to browse for books.

He laid his phone set to record in a shopping basket, she said.

Chiang Mai police said they are hunting the man involved.

Hard to see what the attraction is in getting a blurry image of some girl's sweaty box. As has been pointed out many wear ugly black lycra shorts under their skirts. Though I have been fortunate to have had girlfriends unencumbered by this nasty habit.

Yep, I'm sure all he got to see were black tight panties. If at all, as she didn't actually straddle the basket to get a decent recording.

That does not look like a Farang, we usually get the blame for this kind of pre school antics

Apparently she gave him 3 opportunities to get the right angle for a flash.

Clearly, he is  only 10 years old and he was just trying to get her to pay a 10 baht deposit on that book she wanted to buy.

He's filming her for almost a full minute, holding his phone, crowding next to and below her, invading her 'personal space'  and she doesn't suspect a thing?

I don't know about at school but the majority at university don't.

He needs catching before he goes onto the next level...like filming hairy armpits.
