Video: Thai woman hurls noodles in a bag at vendor over minor dispute

CCTV footage from Chiang Mai made national TV after a grumpy Thai woman threw a bag of "khanom jeen" at the lady who had just served her.

The bag contained hot water and curry sauce and caused severe scalding to the server requiring a hospital visit. She is still not back at work, reported Channel 3.

The video posted on Facebook shows the server handing over the plastic bag. But this is then thrown down by the customer in a strop then is aimed at her catching her on the neck and body.

Other workers rush to her aid as a slanging match - later joined in by the woman's boyfriend - broke out.

The matter has been reported to Chiang Mai's Chang Pheuak police.

The incident happened at the "Khanom Jeen Pa Pin" shop in the Santitham area of Muang district.

The customer is believed to have been cross because she asked for a big bag and the server said that small ones were all they had.

The International sport of the masses - Doing stupid stuff on CCTV.

Note to self: Don't go shopping with the missus for noodles when she is having her "time of the month."

What a horrible bitch?

A working CCTV !

I'm surprised the woman walked away and then came back and stood there like she was waiting to be served again (or waiting for an apology because the server didn't have larger bags).

are in chaos,with road works.

Just satire on some peoples reaction on TV

Having gained a PHD in the study of the opposite sex over my years, I would simply put this down to her not getting a good bonk at home, to release all of that tension.

Anyone have her number as I am sure I could mount this filly and stay on the saddle, she needs to become a mare quick smart, giddy up !!!

Image result for picture of a horse bucking

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Arrest, prosecute, court, convict, punish - well in any normal country that is.

We'll probably never here more but if we do we'll find out how well connected she is, if at all.

Yep funny thing that apparently this is unusal behaviour for a National

if read other reports on other issues foreiners that are trouble makers

What a <deleted>. I should be arrested ???

Most Thais are angry and forced to hide it. Eventually they explode at minor nuisances

Hope the vendor and police go after this low life woman, if the vendor was injured

this jerk should pay for the injury.  Stupid thing to doand for the people to stand around

and not call the local police. Must  be Thailand, Amazingly backward country.

Geezer

Always told "Do not raise your voice!" and "Don't do anything rude!"

I guess that only applies to foreigners, eh?

Nah, it is a good policy. I think the cultural norm is changing though.

Hot pants. Fat legs. Short temper.

Can't even walk normally - maybe she didn't get to the toilet in time and her pants are full. Maybe she's sore after riding a horse all day.

Still, what a c##t...
