What exactly is a Thai pink ID card?
Possibly - this is the one I always use (and have used my Pink ID / Yellow Book). It would actually make for an interesting list where forum members have had first hand experience of successfully using their Pink ID / Yellow Book you renew their licenses. - I travel too frequently to ever do a 90 days report. - As such, I am unable to get a CoR (from Chaeng Wattana Immigration - unless something has recently changed) - UK Consulate Notary services are ridiculously expensive (2000 baht for an Affirmation of Address, I think). - UK Consulate Notary services are also somewhat 'wishy-washy' about the Elite Visa being what they call a 'long term visa' (even though its 5 years (and I have membership for life) - I've had discussions with them on this issue in the past (more than 10 years ago). Thus: With certainty, the Pink ID / Yellow Book has helped out a lot for my personal situation at DLT Area 3 in BKK. -

And what do you do for money? How do you pay whatever bills you have? Let's assume that, beginning in a few hours, you had no access to the internet, no access to ATMs, and no one would be depositing any money into your accounts ever again, especially from any source in America or any source reliant on Central Bank functionality. Maybe you could barter with the neighbors. Maybe trade a few of your chickens for some rice or whatever. And you had to go to bed when there sun went down, because there is no electric grid and no electricity. Unless of course, you have some sort of solar electric supply, but even that requires batteries that can hold a charge and occasionally need replacement. Could you handle all that? -

Community Villagers Demand Action After Foreigner’s Pit Bulls Maul Dog to Death
The problems are both the owner and the dogs. Dogs learn from humans , if owned, how to live with and respond to stimuli from others around them. if the dogs aren't taught respect for life, they will do what a dog will do, which is show dominance around other animals, and sometimes will kill. Most of the time a dog will fight until it's opponent gives in. If there is no respect, they are like wild animals, who fight to the death many times. That a Pit can kill is obvious, but there are thousands of pits that will never think of harming another animal or a human because they have been taught since birth who the leader is, and what's expected. Many people buy pits for the ego, and never train them, keeping them in yards without any hugs or love, and the dog will just be a dog. If it senses a threat to it's property or owners, it will attack. That they are built like they are is what causes the severe damage. Like another mentioned, a Cocker Spaniel can attack and bite, but you can ward it off with little damage to yourself. If a pit attacks, you have to fight back with extreme prejudice to survive. My hunting buddy had a Cocker Spaniel that tried to bite everyone that went near it besides me. They can sense a good person that's not a threat, although there are other reasons a dog will just bite anyone,as they could remind them of something they don't like. A smell, tone of voice, posture, height etc. They get a bad rap because many attack people, which is often deserved. It's not all pits though.
