Loei woman returns home to find naked man under her bed - would be rapist flees without his clothes

Workpoint News reported on the story of a 22 year old Loei woman - named only as "A" - who lives alone at a house in Ban Fak Loei, Muang district. 

 

She returned home at just after 4am after work. 

 

She thought it was strange when she tried to turn on the lights that they didn't work. 

 

At that point she saw a shadow moving - a naked man then put his hand over her mouth and jumped on her.

 

He had been hiding under the bed. 

 

A struggle ensued that continued as A got away to the hall area of her house where she was attacked again. 

 

But she got away again and screamed for help in front of her house. The would be rapist then fled the scene completely naked.

Police called to the house found the man's kitchen knife, clothes, jeans, red underpants, a condom, shoes and three Ya Ba tablets in the jeans. 

 

"A" pointed to the back door where the man is believed to have gained forced entry. 

 

She had facial scratches and a headache but was otherwise unhurt.

 

There was also grim evidence of what the would be rapist planned to do. 

 

He left rope attachments to all four corners of the bed indicating that he planned to tie her down and rape her. 

 

Police are hunting the man.

I am pleased that she escaped relatively unharmed

I hope he is soon apprehended, coming armed with a largish knife is a severe worry

I hope that there are some sexual assault services available to her.

Professional rapist. I wonder if he had put it on before the victim returned home. If yes, he fled with cloths off, condom on. ????

Nothing like advertising a young woman living alone, and even showing the house number in the photo!  If she has another perv visit, the media should be held 100% responsible.
