So am I, but there's always a couple that please. Currently watching "The Third Day" (ep.1) with Jude Law, "The Boys", great superhero series, and most recently, "Long Way Up" with Ewan McGregor. If you haven't already seen it, "Get Shorty" (TV series, not the movie), as good as Breaking Bad IMO.

This is mostly Hawke hamming it up, but the ending where he's singing Tears For Fears will linger in the memory longer than the rest of the film, out now on the usual download sites.

 

Real Stories ( search on YouTube ) has some great documentaries.

 

Here is one about two brothers in their mid thirties who slowly and inexplicably started to revert backwards to their childlike states. Now cared for by their ageing parents their future is bleak.

The parents, the mother in particular, seem to be oblivious as to what will become of her sons, towards the end of the video information comes from fellow parents of sufferers and the harsh reality hits.

If you think Nighty Night is dark, then watch Julia Davis in Sally4Ever. Very black humour. There were 2 scenes so disgusting that I had to turn away, but it is funny.

Sally4Ever on HBO is VERY dark humour, but very good.

I'm into episode 2. episode one was a little slow, but thats par for the course with most Brit TV, but definitely enjoying it

Yer so season 1 was a bit of a flop as they made it in the language of each country, it usually consists of 2 people in the police interrogation room , they looking for a slip up in the suspects story --so cat/mouse with good acting---season 2 takes place in UK/France /Germany etc....But all in English..(if you type in the UK after Criminal) Rarbg has it all. You can still get hold of season 1 and the subs if you wish, David Tennant stared in the first one.

Harry Hill's World of TV .....BBC  August release 6 episodes

Most Brits know Harry Hill, he has been going for nearly 25 years on just about every Chanel ---it was at one time considered the most humorous thing on TV....Pre P.C. etc --He got a few BAFTA awards. Well now the BBC dusted him down and done a small series on making TV programs. I could not find a Trailer of the new show , so this is an old trailer of him , talking about Someone who just died in the East Ender's ( A Brit Soapy )

One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest was 1975, most TV viewers probably weren't even born then, so it would be aimed at a very exclusive audience if it was connected.

Anybody watched Devil All the Time. I thought it was very good and the acting performances outstanding.

Yes, the directing was superb. Happy to see Tom Holland gaining more depth in his acting, not just Spidey anymore.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when the movie started and also well into the movie, and then I suddenly realised that it was her who had to cope with the selfish and "non-caring" husband and what she was doing was trying to jog him into some sort of reaction.

 

I revisited my thoughts at the end of the movie and thought that they were on the mark.
